Worth considering for an overnight stop with a car
Pros:

Nice clean 4* hotel. Won’t win any prizes for design but everything works well and well laid out. Safe underground car park. Very pleasant English speaking reception staff. Excellent tapas bar a five minute walk away.

Cons:

Not terribly exciting, not in a particularly central part of Salamanca.

Prachtig verzorgd hotel
Pros:

Het hotel ligt vlak bij het geweldige centrum van Salamanca en is mega goed bereikbaar. Mooie grote parkeerplekken. Mooi en tot in alle details verzorgd hotel, hele aardige en vriendelijke mensen, super uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Rustige buurt.

Limpieza impecable, cama comodísima y habitación enorme. El personal super amable.

Overall, our stay was pleasant and everything went well. The staff were helpful, the room was clean, and the facilities met our expectations.

The only issue was the air conditioning, which was not adequate for the high temperatures during our stay. It struggled to keep the room cool and did not provide sufficient comfort given the heat outside.

Apart from this, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Servicio al cliente pésimo, muy mala gestión de incidencias. Pagué por Booking habitación doble con desayuno y al llegar al hotel nos pidieron pago extra por el desayuno sin dar más opciones de resolver. Ambas partes os lavasteis las manos y no resolvisteis. Muy mala gestión por ambas partes. Nos daremos de baja de Booking y tampoco reservaremos en Vincci Hoteles próximas estancias. Un desastre.

L'établissement est très classe. Le personnel souriant et compétent. Le buffet du petit déjeuner super dans une salle magnifique. Chambre spacieuse avec salle de bains très équipée. Confort avec parking
