Nada que ver con los Vinci de Madrid, Barcelona o Sevilla

El personal (recepción, servicio habitaciones): educados, profesionales, eficientes. Lo mejor del hotel

Cons:

Parece más un hotel de 3 estrellas. Nada que ver con los Vincci de otras localidades. Nos fiamos de la cadena, y decepción total.
La calefacción estaba apagada al llegar y la habitación tardó mucho en calentarse. Tuve que dormir con jersey y gorro.
En el baño la calefacción no la encendieron hasta la mañana siguiente. Estaba congelado.
Delante del hotel hay una zona de carga y descarga. En todos los hoteles de Salamanca dejan aparcar allí a los huéspedes. En este no. O al parking (pagando) o al fondo de la calle, incómodo si vas con maletas, es de noche y está lloviendo y con frío.
Está lejos del centro, por lo que luego tienes que buscar aparcamiento por el centro si vas allí. Compensa x el mismo precio un hotel más céntrico con parking incluido.
Están en plan ahorro: si quieres cepillo de dientes tienes que ir a buscarlo a recepción (y no quedaban). No hay acondicionador. Solo daban el gorro de ducha para no mojarte porque la ducha es fija.
Podrían poner más almohadones (solo había uno para dos personas) y mantas.
A nivel estético, es como un hotel antiguo que han cambiado las puertas de los armarios y poco más para que parezca más moderno. Nada que ver con la estética de los otros Vinci.

climatización del hotel. habitación.

Cons:

Pienso que la bañera esta de sobre. Aunque también tiene plato de ducha pequeño, sería mejor eliminar la bañera y tener un plato de ducha grande.
Parking precio elevado.

la amabilidad de la trabajadora de recepción
Es muy fácil llegar y aparcar en las inmediaciones, no hace falta meterte por el centro y al centro se llega andando en 20 minutos

Cons:

la almohada no era viscoelastica
Un poco mas de variedad en el desayuno (muesli)

Hotel muy recomendable en Salamanca.
Pros:

La atención y amabilidad del personal. Hotel tranquilo. Habitaciones y camas cómodas.
Cené en el hotel y la calidad de la comida era buena y el servicio rápido.
El desayuno muy completo también, con un comedor amplio.

Cons:

No considero que haya nada que no fuese correcto.

Pros:

Very good location, great Staffy lovely light breakfast option

Cons:

The temperature control in the bedrooms is difficult for somebody who doesn’t like the excessive heating that one gets in winter. I was able to open the window, which was helpful.
