Continental breakfast was amazing. Each morning there were different meats and eggs to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was nothing I did not like about my stay. I will highly recommend anyone to stay there and have an awesome experience. Take the time and go into the different towns and explore. Also take the time to go through the Blue Ridge Parkway. You will not be disappointed.

Breakfast was terrible both days we were here at 7am hardly nothing was put out… pancake machine was broke no fruit all the hot food was burnt.. we were very disappointed in the breakfast only good part was the coffee and cereal… beds where amazing the rest of the hotel was so comfortable and clean!!
The pool was broken.. that’s why we booked this hotel… plus the horrible breakfast the last 2 days have given us
Been going there for years. Worst stay we ever experienced. Wondering if it's new owners or mgmt.
Checked into 1st room and toilet didn't flush and had existing waste by previous occupant. Was handed a plunger by staff and told to plunge it myself as maintenance wasn't available. I declined. Was moved to second room which was unsatisfactory, finally moved to another room with a king and pullout couch. Corners of room weren't vacuumed, bathroom vents were filthy, toilet leaked on bathroom floor and was slow to flush, AC didn't seem to work and thermostat didn't control anything. Pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable with metal bars digging into your back. Breakfast was also lacking. All in all one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had and have always stayed there and was extreme happy in the past. Not sure what is going on now.
