The bed was comfortable which is highly unusual.
Pros:

Had a heated pool

Cons:

That front desk charged me another night and didn’t notice I had already booked. They also held my deposit a week after my stay. I had to call to get the $179 charge taken off.

We were very pleased with our stay, and again, the breakfast was excellent!
Pros:

The food was excellent at breakfast. The cleanliness of the entire facility was excellent as well. the staff when we checked in was very helpful. I would absolutely stay at this facility again when in the area.

Cons:

Nothing really comes to mind except the cost. I thought it was a little pricy for the area. I also am a priority club member and I thought that would benefit me in some way but unfortunately it did not.

Pros:

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The room we were in was right across from the fitness room, most nights this probably wouldn't be a problem, but the night we were there, there was a young group of guys, I believe a baseball team. They were in and out of that room all night long until at least midnight. All we could hear was the door opening and closing (not quietly!)
Another odd thing, for breakfast the only plates they had were small salad size paper plates.

All in all was a great stay. Will definitely be back.
Pros:

The location was amazing. Super clean and easy access.

Cons:

Only thing we didn’t like was the pool area in the pictures when booking showed a hot tub but upon arrival the hot ton had been filled in. Also the heated pool was not very heated.

Amazing, enjoyable, relaxing, and very comfortable.
Pros:

Continental breakfast was amazing. Each morning there were different meats and eggs to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like about my stay. I will highly recommend anyone to stay there and have an awesome experience. Take the time and go into the different towns and explore. Also take the time to go through the Blue Ridge Parkway. You will not be disappointed.

Pros:

Breakfast was terrible both days we were here at 7am hardly nothing was put out… pancake machine was broke no fruit all the hot food was burnt.. we were very disappointed in the breakfast only good part was the coffee and cereal… beds where amazing the rest of the hotel was so comfortable and clean!!

Cons:

The pool was broken.. that’s why we booked this hotel… plus the horrible breakfast the last 2 days have given us

Terrible experience
Pros:

Been going there for years. Worst stay we ever experienced. Wondering if it's new owners or mgmt.

Cons:

Checked into 1st room and toilet didn't flush and had existing waste by previous occupant. Was handed a plunger by staff and told to plunge it myself as maintenance wasn't available. I declined. Was moved to second room which was unsatisfactory, finally moved to another room with a king and pullout couch. Corners of room weren't vacuumed, bathroom vents were filthy, toilet leaked on bathroom floor and was slow to flush, AC didn't seem to work and thermostat didn't control anything. Pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable with metal bars digging into your back. Breakfast was also lacking. All in all one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had and have always stayed there and was extreme happy in the past. Not sure what is going on now.
