Reasonable accommodation near to tournament location.
Pros:

Location was convenient for our baseball tournament at the Mercy Health Sportscore #2 location. Breakfast was decent, the room and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was one washing machine and dryer which were in high demand. The dryer was old and very inefficient so we ended up taking wet clothes to a launderette to get them dried. The breakfast area was really small and mostly crowded with nowhere to sit.

Pros:

Location to the hospital.
The cost of the first two days.

Cons:

No maid service, stayed extra time and towels were never exchanged nor was the room cleaned or straightened.
Some of the staff were very nice and others were questionable.

Good value for the money in the location I wanted
Pros:

Price was good for what I got. Bed was decent. Handy to have fridge and microwave. Chose it for convenience to sports complex. King room was good sized.

Cons:

Breakfast was standard- not good for me because of dietary needs. Could hear neighbors’ loud movies day and night. Bathroom needed a refresh pain/grout.

Very convenient to the Rockford-Love's Park Sports Complex. Pleasant, helpful and accommodating staff. Standard economy hotel breakfast and all-day coffee: much appreciated.

Odd bathroom fixture configuration: sink located in room entry; toilet/tub in bathroom.

It was on not the best

Had a reservation that was canceled and when arrived at property the man at the desk was a real jerk to me and my daughter
