Pros:

The location is decent

Cons:

The hot water is not clear god knows whats in it, the bed is uncomfortable, you feel that they know that they are the only 5 stars hotel in town so you see poor customer service in many aspects. Not welcoming.

Central location with great breakfast
Pros:

The location is fantastic and close to cafes, shopping, local markets, nightlife, the river with Ulsan Grand Park and the Onggi Pot Village not far (both highly recommended). The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large selection to choose from. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and enjoyed our stay at Lotte, Ulsan🙂

Cons:

The room was a little dated and showing wear, but this did not affect our stay and we would definitely recommend.

예전의 롯데 호텔까지는 아니지만 여전히 관리 상태는 훌륭하다고 생각합니다.

프론트의 대응은 최고였지만, 그 외는 보통이었네요.

심야에 약간의 소음이 들리는 점은 개선사항으로 남겨둘께요.
