Fantastic location, attentive staff. Would stay again!
Pros:

Polite attentive staff, room was spotless, large and had a fantastic view of Ferris wheel. Shops close buy as well as Starbucks and convenience stores.

Buffet breakfast was definitely value for money at $28pp.

Cons:

호텔은 부대시설도 중요하지만 침대,이불의 편안함 실내온도 적정,쾌적함이 최고인데 건물이 오래된것만의 탓만은 아닌것 같음. 손님이 이해해주고 불편을 감수하라면 호텔의 등급이 떨어짐.

저는 울산이 고향입니다. 가끔씩 귀호텔에 숙박을 하곤합니다만. 호텔이 너무 어둡고 직원들의 고객응대 긴장도는 없어보여요 그리고 매너저라고 하는 사람이 직원들과 웃고 떠들고 고객에 대한 배려심은 전무한것 같아서요 좀 어색하던군요. 지방일수록 더 열심히 하고 더 고객화를 위해 노력해야되는데 역시 지방이네 라는 생각이듭니다. 롯데호텔이 잘 되길 기대합니다. 아침식당의 분위기는 후진국 호텔인듯 착각했습니다.

Pros:

The location is decent

Cons:

The hot water is not clear god knows whats in it, the bed is uncomfortable, you feel that they know that they are the only 5 stars hotel in town so you see poor customer service in many aspects. Not welcoming.
