Disappointed.
Pros:

My kids were happy not many people in the pool area left in uncrowded but lacked a hot tub.

Cons:

The hotel had renovations going on and said nothing of such on the website. Had to walk around stuff in hallways including messy. Once in our room you could hear loud electric tools being used. Along with the breakfast being poor I would rate this stay a 1 our of 5 stars. Extremely disappointed.

Pass on this hotel until they are complete with their renovation
Pros:

Nothing. I checked out immediately. Staff was friendly and accommodating, they did their best.

Cons:

Currently undergoing significant renovations. Aside from that, the facility had a run-down look. I checked in, went up stairs to my room, and immediately checked out. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful.

Loved everything there just kinda sad that the hot tub was not there like in the pictures
Pros:

I liked the location and the staff was very polite

Cons:

On booking.com it showed that the hotel had a hot tub and heated pool, however there was no hot tub and the pool was cold.

Before booking, I wish they would’ve let me know that the hotel was under remodeling

The toilet exploded while I was using the bathroom so I’m very disappointed about the toilet exploding and it was feces in urine everywhere and then a second room I get deviated and worked and it was thinking and I wish I could just get another room at a different hotel thank you
