Roach motel...literally
Pros:

Jeremy at the front desk was the highlight of my stay. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Cons:

The motel was very dated, housekeeping services were not offered, and I saw two cockroaches in the kitchenette of my room thr first night - an adult cockroach and a baby one which means they're established and reproducing. I checked out and requested reimbursement and management has not contacted me as of 4 days later.

Excellent experience
Pros:

Amazing amenities! Very close to so many eating joints. Was there for an internship for a month and it was a smooth experience. Breakfast was good and other amenities made my stay comfortable.

Location. Breakfast included. Laundry facilities.

Cons:

Small hole in comforter cover. More explanation of breakfast options cut off times up front would have been good. Pancakes stop at 9 am. Omelets stopped at 9:15 am.

Exceeded my expectations
Pros:

Facility and breakfast was great! The room was spacious just like a small apartment. The only downside is that they do not have an elevator so you have to go up stairs.

Pros:

Pathways very dirty

Cons:

Pathways were dirty, staircases is lose shaking when walk on those, junk cars are standing outside in the parking lot
