Multiple access issues and property not staffed or operated well to handle guests when full.
Pros:

Two bedrooms.

Cons:

WiFi was terrible. There was no service in building 11 with WiFi we were told to use. Reception should have told guests to use an alternative WiFi for meetings that provided coverage for Bldg 11.

Check-in took forever. One of the slowest check-in I have had. Breakfast and waiting for omelets was super slow and the premade eggs and potatoes were completely gone and not replenished.

The hotel was full and clearly was not staffed and capable of handling that many guests. I will not stay there again.

Super disappointed in lack of any EV charging on-site.

Tried to call reception twice to let know was checking out and was immediately put on hold for extended period of time, so finally just hung up and left.

There were no curb cuts from parking area in back to roll a wheelchair onto the sidewalk to access building. Incredibly dangerous situation.

Only discovered that there were no elevators to 2nd floor after arrival and that a first floor room was not guaranteed after making reservation. Luckily we arrived early enough to get a first floor room. That lack of access would have been a huge problem for us and should have been clearly disclosed at time of booking.

Cons:

Big nasty stain on the carpet hair in the bed no water pressure to the shower. Basketball hoop backboard was broken
Breakfast burrito was dry and mostly potatoes
