Good for a long term stay.
Pros:

I had a very good 2 week stay at this property. It was everything I wanted in a long business stay. Neat and clean rooms, self service laundary, gym and a good buffet breakfast. The rooms are organized like villas. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is also good with a few good eateries around.

No shuffling around each other or furniture!
Pros:

We visited for a week for a family gathering and LOVED that we had 700 sqft 2 bdr for our family of 4 + a dog. Plenty of space which was such a relief when compared to a cramped hotel room where we had to side step around furniture, travel baggage or each other. Our son had his own room, we had ours and our daughter enjoyed the fun of a pull out bed in the living room.

Bathroom door would not close. It was stuck bathroom shower wall had hair from previous guest. And there was a lot of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

My stay was Quiet, clean and convenient.
Pros:

Loved the home/apartment vibe. The little kitchen set up was amazing!

Cons:

The walls are kind of thin still BUT nothing compared to how it is in a real hotel room so I’ll take it.

I like the feel that it was not a hotel felling, very clean.

Cons:

I did not like that we did not get housekeeping. I’m not sited of that is normal but we did not get trashes emptied, no new towels etc..
