Receptionist Chantell was very hospitable meeting us with a lovely smile & friendly attitude.
That sort of welcome is just what travellers need on arrival after a tiring journey.
The sofa bed in the room looked a little tired & grubby.

Handy for airport and helpful friendly staff
We booked a family room for 5 people. All emails said family rooms are only for 4 people so I phoned to double check it was ok and they confirmed yes, a large family room for 4 people but our room only had 4 beds. A king, a single and a very small “double” sofa bed no bigger than a single bed. I didn’t get a wink of sleep
Breakfast was very good. Evening meal was fine.
This hotel doesn't take cash only card payments. A bit of an irritation when only paying for one drink.
The hotel doesn't print a menu for available food, or hotel times for meals and facilities. You are required to scan the QR Code which neither my husband or myself could do.
The staff the convenience the cleanliness the food - great breakfast. Dinner was a little limited and pricey
