Pros:

Exceptional Staff Service, the room were exceptionally clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Also loved the gym.

Disappointing stay at Holiday Inn Express Alpharetta.
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

I didn't like that I was charged twice and didn't receive a refund till days later, the toilet didn't work properly in the bathroom, and the tub wasn't clean. In addition, I booked two beds with a sofa bed to accommodate my children, but when we entered the room instead of the sofa bed, there was a table and two chairs. My husband spoke with front desk and was told we could move the following day, but the room had one small tv. So then we were told if we decided to stay in the room, we would get a discounted rate for the 2nd day per the manager, and that never happened. So our experience here wasn't the best and quite disappointing.

The desk manager

Cons:

The mold in the bathroom (probably from the non-working ceiling exhaust fan) , freezing to death because of the WiFi thermostat locked in at an efficiency setting of no more than 75 F (it was 16 F outside with freezing rain), and the television falling off the stand the following morning and cracking the tv screen (turns out the mounting bracket was installed incorrectly). The manager in the AM was super cool about it but… yeah
