Categories

Cleanliness
8
Generally positive — multiple reviewers repeatedly mention clean rooms and well-kept property, though some noted smells in an older bathroom, dirty elevators and disruption from remodeling.
Service
7.5
Mostly friendly and helpful staff and managers who resolved issues; several reports of slow check-in, front desk booking mix-ups and a missing deposit which lowered sentiment.
Location
8.5
Strongly positive — many comments about convenient location (close to Starbucks/Ameris Bank/shops) though a few noted limited parking.
Room Quality
7
Mixed — comfortable beds and spacious rooms reported, but issues with AC noise, average mattresses, small bathrooms and rooms impacted by construction.
Amenities
6.5
Several amenity problems reported: broken ice machine, limited parking, no in-room phone, intermittent fridge/couch positives, and construction affecting common areas.
Value for Money
8
Perceived as good value by many guests (affordable, great value comments), though isolated billing/room assignment issues reduced value for some.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Mixed breakfast feedback — some found breakfast hot and good, but multiple reports of missing items (sausage, bacon, pancakes, juice), undercooked potatoes and inconsistent pancake mix.
Overall Experience
8
Overall positive stays for many guests with good location, cleanliness and friendly staff, but construction, breakfast inconsistencies and some service hiccups tempered experiences.

Cons:

Upon check in the front desk guy said that he didnt have any double rooms like I had booked weeks in advance, he called his manager and told him he was just assigning rooms as people showed not what their booking was for very disappointing. Manager cleared everything up and got the original room that I had booked.
