Pros:

Jantar e café da manhã excelentes (variedade, qualidade e sabor).
Funcionários atenciosos, desde a recepção (Ana, muitíssimo simpática - e os demais), passando pelo restaurante (José Maria - e todos os outros) e as camareiras.
Todos muito prestativos.
Recomendo.

Good, but could be better.
Pros:

The room was nice, the balcony as well. Good location. Good service.

Cons:

I found strange that the hotel would charge for the towels for the pool, and that they didn't offer water in the room.
I didn't like that that they closed the fence around the pool, causing that you had to walk around the whole hotel to access your room, can't they deny the pool without closing the access?

Would stay here again but only for a short visit.

The room was ideal couldn’t ask for anything else.

The sunbeds need an upgrade. The wifi was unusable from the room or pool area.

Pros:

Poolen, området, rena och fräscha rum. Enkel incheckning. Bra parkering även om den kostade extra.

Cons:

Saknade ett riktigt täcke, vi fick bara lakan vilket blev lite kallt på natten.
Något hårda sängar och kuddar.

Good price, hotel with buffet in breakfast and dinner. Few minutes from Puerto Banus.

Cons:

They have Storage baggage but it's paid and bed was ok. Safe box was not working.
