No está a la altura de su precio
Pros:

Las instalaciones en general están bien y la piscina es agradable, con un ambiente cómodo para disfrutar de la estancia.

Cons:

La estancia nos dejó una sensación de descontento general, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio del hotel.

Los ascensores resultaron insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes que alojaban y era habitual tener que esperar y hacer cola. Además, uno de ellos estuvo averiado durante tres días. Con lo cual, al tener solo dos, la espera era aún mayor.

También tuvimos incidencias con el aire acondicionado de las zonas comunes, que en varias ocasiones no funcionaba correctamente. En cuanto a los baños, aunque el servicio de limpieza realizaba sus turnos aproximadamente cada cuatro horas, consideramos que el recinto debería tener una mayor frecuencia de limpieza. Sobretodo teniendo en cuenta la gran cantidad de huéspedes que utilizan las instalaciones. Debido a esto en varias ocasiones encontramos baños sucios y añadir que en alguno de ellos las cisternas no funcionaban correctamente.

En conjunto, creemos que el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, pero necesita mejorar bastante en mantenimiento y organización para que la calidad esté realmente acorde con el precio que se paga.

Preis Leistung passen nicht zusammen.

Die Lage direkt am Meer. Die Nähe zum Lidl & zu einigen Restaurants

Cons:

Wer im Alltag Wert auf frische, ausgewogene und qualitativ hochwertige Ernährung legt, wird hier vermutlich enttäuscht sein.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war leider einer der größten Kritikpunkte: Fleisch und Fisch häufig zu trocken, insgesamt wenig gewürzt und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Für uns wirkte es eher nach Quantität statt Qualität.

Bei der Halbpension war außerdem nur Wasser inkludiert, was bei der Buchung für uns nicht klar ersichtlich war. Außerhalb der Essenszeiten gab es zudem keine Möglichkeit, Wasser aufzufüllen – wir konnten unsere Flaschen nur beim Frühstück oder Abendessen auffüllen.

Auch die zusätzlichen Kosten fanden wir unverständlich: Für zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm am Strand wurden nochmals 12 € verlangt.

An der Rezeption konnte uns leider niemand konkret Auskunft darüber geben, welche Massagen oder Wellnessanwendungen angeboten werden.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, bekamen zunächst jedoch nur ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick im zweiten Stock angeboten. Nach längerer Rücksprache erhielten wir dank eines sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiters ein Zimmer im zehnten Stock. Der Ausblick war spektakulär. Allerdings ist es durch die direkte Lage an der Straße auch sehr laut.

Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und das Bett war für uns sehr unbequem. Jede Bewegung meines Mannes war nachts spürbar, sodass erholsamer Schlaf schwierig war.

Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwarten wir deutlich mehr Qualität beim Essen, besseren Zimmerkomfort, transparentere Leistungen und einen professionelleren Service

Great views, lovely staff. Excellent all inclusive.
Pros:

All inclusive had an excellent variety of foods. Adults only pool well separated and music was perfectly tasteful. Room was lovely and spacious with great see views. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Only downside was booking 7 nights instead of 10.

-Os cocktails muito simples tanto em sabor como em apresentação.
- as casas de banho precisa de uma melhoria ...pois a tomar banho água sai toda fora e fica o chão todo molhado.
-roupa de cama e toalhas da casa de banho muito usadas ja nao se pode dizer que sao brancas 😉
- portas da guarda roupas do nosso quarto quase que nao funciono tens de fazer bastante força para abrir e fechar.
