Pros:

Piscine, amabilité et efficacité du personnel, taille de la chambre, variété et quantité de nourriture, salle de sport au dessus de la moyenne des hotels en general et ouverte h24. Terrain de sport, animations adulte et enfants, salle d'arcade et shop souvenir/jouets tres abordable. Salon de repos dont télé pour match de foot. Toilettes à tout etage. Proximité de la plage et supermarché à 5/10mn a pied.

Cons:

Salle de sport trop sommaire pour des vrais sportifs, diet pas assez healthy (les legumes et salades toujours dans lhuile, peu d'option sans gluten, dessert trop sucré et gras ect), literie et oreiller pas assez confortable pour ce type d'établissement. Un peu trop loin du centre de malaga et des endroits populaires donc taxi/voiture presque obligatoire. Un cafard dans le couloir du -2. Obligé de reserver les "transat matelas couverts". Pas de soda dispo au pti dejeuner. Piscine interieur trop froide pour y rentrer, et spa interdit aux enfants donc impossible deviter le soleil avec un enfant en bas age si on veut le baigner. Bonnet obligatoire étouffant le crane en piscine/spa.

El personal y el desayuno siempre han sido lo mejor de este hotel.

Cons:

A veces olia un poco a cañerias en la habitación y no sabíamos de donde venia el olor. La almohada estaba algo triste.

Einzelbetten zusammen geschoben. Unkomfortabel für ein 4 Stern Haus! Badetücher Austausch kostet extra! Zu wenig Liegen am Pool!

Dormir escuchando el mar
Pros:

La ubicación en primerísima línea de playa, la vista desde la habitación.

Cons:

Que los de la habitación de al lado fumaban y aunque lo hacían en la terraza nos llegaba el humo. Propongo que haya habitaciones en las que no dejen fumar ni siquiera en la terraza.

Schöne Aussicht und gute Allergen-Kennzeichnung, aber massive Mängel beim Zimmerkomfort, der Flexibilität im Service und
Pros:

-Die Zimmer bieten optisch ein wirklich schönes Bild und überzeugen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht.
-Ein echter Pluspunkt für Reisende mit einem Mietwagen: Man kann problemlos und völlig kostenfrei in den Seitengassen direkt in der Nähe des Hotels parken.
-Der Empfang an der Rezeption bei der Ankunft am Nachmittag war sehr freundlich und die Abwicklung verlief schnell.
-Lobenswert hervorzuheben ist das Buffet bezüglich der Beschriftung: Alle Speisen sind vorbildlich auf Englisch und Spanisch deklariert und weisen sämtliche Allergene übersichtlich aus. Es gibt auch immer ausreichend Nachschub am Buffet.

Cons:

- Service & Abwicklung: Außer einer Wegzeichnung auf der Karte gab es beim Check-in keinerlei Infos zur Anlage. Der Check-out war extrem unpersönlich (Karte abgeben, ein kurzes „Das war’s“, kein Abschiedswort oder Nachfrage zur Zufriedenheit).
- Zimmerkomfort & Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Jedes Mal beim Betreten schlug uns ein penetranter Kanalgeruch entgegen. Im WC/Badezimmer fehlt eine Absaugung komplett, wodurch die Gerüche in den Wohnraum ziehen. Die Klimaanlage hat in keinem unserer beiden Räume einwandfrei funktioniert und das WLAN ist viel zu schwach (reicht kaum für Musik). Die Zimmerreinigung dauert nur ca. drei Minuten und ist sehr oberflächlich; der Spiegel wurde im gesamten Urlaub kein einziges Mal abgewischt.
- Gastronomie & Allergie-Umgang (Milchunverträglichkeit): Das Restaurant gleicht einer lauten Massenabfertigung. Trotz der guten Allergen-Kennzeichnung fielen für mich als Milchallergiker rund 5/6 aller Speisen weg – beim Nachtisch blieb nur Wackelpudding. Der Service beim Frühstück war mangelhaft: Trotz täglicher Nachfrage und Versprechen von drei verschiedenen Kellnern habe ich nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit keine Hafermilch bekommen. Das Live-Cooking an der italienischen Station ist extrem unflexibel; eine Pizza ohne Käse wurde mir strikt verweigert („darf sie nicht“), obwohl wir sie zu viert komplett gegessen hätten. Zudem räumen die Kellner so übereifrig ab, dass einem der Teller weggenommen wird, während man noch isst. Die Cocktails an den Bars sind ungenießbare, künstliche und viel zu süße Fertigmischungen.
- Anlage, Pool & Strand: Die Aufzüge sind für die Hotelgröße viel zu wenig, man wartet ewig und sie sind permanent massiv überfüllt. Am Pool herrscht extremes Liegen-Reservieren ab Frühmorgens (Gäste blockieren Plätze für den ganzen Tag mit Handtüchern und nutzen sie erst abends), ohne dass das Hotel durchgreift.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Hébergement de grande qualité !
Pros:

Comme l'année dernière, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de tout le personnel, les extérieurs très bien entretenus (jardin et piscines), vue exceptionnelle...
Un bel effort a été fait pour le buffet ce dont nous remercions le chef : inventivité dans les salades proposées par exemple...
Et toujours, les fruits et crudités très variés.

Cons:

La propreté constante des chambres (réservation 14 nuits) qui était un atout supplémentaire de cet bel hébergement a fait défaut cette année ce qui est fort dommage.
Avons découvert que certains transats (en petit nombre et très confortables) étaient devenus payants.
Il faut donc débourser 20€/jour ce qui pour la durée de notre séjour aurait représenté la somme rondelette de 280€ !!
La raison nous en échappe totalement car un grand nombre d'entre eux sont tout simplement restés inoccupés...
Et enfin, espérons pour bientôt un véritable jus d'oranges, digne de cet hôtel de qualité, celui servi ayant fait l'unanimité contre lui.
