Pros:

Instalaciones y habitación amplias con vistas al mar. Personal implicado en facilitarte la estancia en el hotel, valorando excepcionalmente a la Recepcionista Vicky. El desayuno muy bueno. Cenas temáticas y bastante buenas. El hotel está en zona tranquila, buena comunicación con Málaga, pudiéndose ir en el autobús 110, pudiéndose coger y bajarte muy cerca del hotel.

Zimmer und Essen waren gut, aber nicht hervorragend.
Pros:

Zimmer waren funktionell eingerichtet und sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück und Essen waren gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Die Lage direkt am Meer war sehr gut.

Cons:

Personal sprach nicht deutsch. Essen war gut, aber nicht wie in Online-Bewertungen geschrieben hervorragend.
Hatte mich auf eine größerer Auswahl an nationalen Speisen oder Meeresfrüchte gefreut, wurde aber etwas enttäuscht. Die überwiegende Anzahl an Urlaubern kam aus England, was zur Folge hatte, dass es jeden Abend an der Bar sehr laut war.

Overrated Hotel with Misleading Room Description
Pros:

I liked that it was close to the sea and that the visitors to the hotel were by and large friendly.

Cons:

Stayed as a family of three (2 adults and a 5-year-old) on half board. This hotel is significantly overrated and does not merit its 8+ score.
Management was ineffective and entirely inflexible. There was no willingness to accommodate reasonable requests, creating a rigid and unwelcoming environment.
The “sea view” room was misleading and not as described. While the sea was visible in the distance, the primary view was a flat roof dominated by loud air conditioning units.
The suite itself fell below basic expectations. A partition, not to ceiling, was visibly covered in dust, and the air conditioning was ineffective, appearing to be centrally restricted and leaving the room uncomfortable.
Food quality was poor. There was little to no meaningful provision for gluten-free requirements, and the beef/lamb dishes were consistently tough and inedible.
Overall, this was closer to a 6/10 stay at best and does not reflect the rating presented at booking.

Un hôtel très agréable où nous retournerons avec plaisir.
Pros:

L'hôtel correspond parfaitement au descriptif de Booking.
Les chambres sont propres et lumineuses, modernes.
Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours souriant, que ce soit à la réception, au bar ou au buffet.
Les plats sont variés, il y en a pour tous les goûts, et la qualité des repas est bonne.
Le SPA est propre et agréable.
La vue mer est un plus qui fait toute la différence.
