Pros:

Walking along the coast.
Friendly staff.

Nice large suite

Cons:

Couldn’t sit on balcony due to construction noise.
Distance from excursions.
No quiet area to sit at night, other than far area of lobby, bar area loud.
Would recommend a happy hour.
Poor location for entertainment area.
Not enough seating.

Happy and humiliating experiences rendered the overall rating to just "Good" and not excellent!
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the room was spacious, though it did not have an armchair! The room cleaners and auxiliary staff were very friendly and hard working.
Also, when my birthday came, the hotel kindly gave me a complimentary bottle of Cava!!!
That was a special and classy gesture to acknowledge a guest's birthday, and I was touched by it.

Cons:

I requested the use of an ironing board and iron. However, I was shocked to find that the board had wet tomato stains on it, which stained my shirt. It was as if it had been used to prepare food on?

During breakfast, soft drinks were included in the B&B price. However, When I purchased an evening meal (19 Euros) I took a soft drink with my meal, and soon I was humiliated by having a waiter come to my table to retrieve the soft drink, as he said it was not included in the price of the meal. Surrounding guests were visibly shocked by the action of the waiter!

Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel – it is quite large and very beautiful. The location is excellent, with the option to park directly in the building (although it is paid). However, just a few minutes’ walk away, there is also a free parking area, which we found very convenient and used during our stay.

The staff were very kind and helpful in every situation. Even though not everyone speaks perfect English, we were always able to communicate without any problems thanks to their willingness and friendliness. The reception staff, in particular, spoke excellent English.

As a highlight, we would definitely mention the dinner selection and the creative way the restaurant was decorated with different themes each day. The food was consistently delicious.

We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Schlechter als vor 2 Jahren
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gute Putzfrauen. Badezimmer mit ebenerdigen Dusche und vielen Pflegeprodukten. Toller Meerblick vom Balkon.
Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.

Cons:

Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln: im ersten war es extrem heiß (Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert) und der Gestank im Badezimmer war unerträglich. Vermutlich hat es mit Hochwasser vor einigen Wochen zu tun gehabt, in anderen Bereichen des Hotels hat man den Geruch auch wahrgenommen, allerdings nicht extrem.
Zum Glück konnten wir nach 3 Tagen ein anderes Zimmer beziehen.
Beim Frühstück und Abendessen gibt es viel Auswahl, aber geschmacklich ist alles fade als ob der Koch außer Salz gar keine Gewürze benutzen würde.

Pros:

Hotel wewnątrz bardzo zadbany, obsługa bardzo miła oraz pomocna, jednego dnia zapomniałem telefon przy barze, został odniesiony przez barmankę na recepcje. Jeden z basenów wewnątrz malutki ale woda jak na termach a drugi juz troszkę chłodniejsza woda, ogólnie pięknie z tarasu baru jak i z balkonów piękny widok na morze.

Great relaxing stay.
Pros:

The staff, the hotel itself was so clean and tidy. the views from our room was outstanding. The pools and ground were beautiful.
There was always a great selection of breakfast and dinner not repetitive at all.

Cons:

Sometimes the food was Luke warm but there were several microwaves which was no problem, the entertainment was not so good but it was early season the hotel itself quite far out from the town with no bars within 15 mins walking distance, the buses were very regular so no problem.
