Ne am simtit extraordinar!

Déception par rapport à notre séjour de l’an dernier
Pros:

Le personnel est très à l’écoute et très gentil.
L’emplacement est idéal quand on a une voiture car parking aisé.
Très belle vue sur la mer.

Cons:

Les plats au buffet sont froids.
Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait plus.
Un seul oreiller pour deux. Il a fallu en réclamer un second.
Énorme cafard dans la salle de bain. Qui se cachait sous le wc car le joint n’était plus présent et le wc bougeait. A été signalé à la femme de ménage mais rien n’a été entrepris.

Pros:

He pasado unos días estupendos en el hotel. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes.
La comida me sorprendió muchísimo, mucha variedad y todo muy rico. Además, todo el personal fue muy amable.
Quiero destacar especialmente a Jimena, del comedor, que fue encantadora y muy profesional. Da gusto encontrarse con personas así.
Sin duda, una experiencia muy buena. Volveré

Outdated and tired rooms - pity
Pros:

The hotel is very well located and the view from the room was nice!

Cons:

It's pity that the rooms are rather outdated and kind of tired. I did not like the smell in my room - for a 4 stars hotel it is not ok.

Pros:

Zaczynając od personelu po atrakcje hotel jest naprawdę znakomity. Choć może dotknął go trochę "ząb czasu" ale nadal zapewnia dużo atrakcji dla rodziny z dziećmi (basen, plac zabaw, miniclub dla dzieci, mini disco)i nie tylko (pokaz flamenco, wieczory z muzyką na żywo, siłownia). Wspaniałe położenie nad samym morzem, widoki z okien pokoju i jadalni. Personel zawsze pomocny, przyjazny. Polecam z całego serca :)

Pros:

Alles beviel perfect. Een grandioze junior suite. Heerlijke zitbank en fauteuil erbij.Het slaapgedeelte comfortabel. Uitstekend bed. Lag heerlijk en was superbreed.
Het hotel is geweldig. De verzorging uitstekend. Het ontbijt en diner in buffetvorm met een overdaad aan keuzes.
Het personeel is zo vriendelijk.
Dan de tuin, een hele straatlengte lang en ruim opgezet. Diverse zwembaden. Alles perfect onderhouden. Al met al een aanrader en voor de prijs/kwaliteit een tophotel.
Wij gaan zeker er terug naar toe en niet te vergeten: de bus stopt bij het hotel en de Liddl ligt aan de overkant.

Really nice resort with plenty of swimming pools, restaurant and bar. Big room (we had the suite) with the sea view.

Cons:

Unfriendly staff at the SPA area. You need to have money in cash to get the towel. They close 15min before what is communicated at the reception. And the woman at the SPA reception doesn’t have customer focus.

Fantastik hotel med skønt værelse og prima buffet
Pros:

Fantastik værelse, stort, lyst, stor entre med garderobeskabe, stort badeværelse, fin altan, kæmpe seng, som var dejlig hård, blændende udsigt, direkte på stranden. Fantastik buffet både morgen og aften. Der er alt, hvad man kan ønske sig.

Cons:

Værelset var en smule slidt (trægulv og badeværelse (marmor)), men alt fungerede perfekt.
