Everything in the hotel was great
tough to get in and out on the highway
The location, the staff and the spaciousness of the suite.
Seemed like people were living there long term and it was not a jovial vacation atmosphere.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were large with plenty of space, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean.

Bed was super comfy. Nice shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash available.

Short drive to train station where you can park and catch the train into New York city for day trips. We accessed the US Open on one of the days also whilst staying here.
Beds weren't made by housekeeping every day - we stayed for 5 nights and on 2 of the days the beds hadn't been made. Not a massive issue but would've been nice for this to have been done.

Alte Unterkunft, alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht wirklich sauber. Das Frühstück konnte man zur Not essen - im Kartonteller mit Plastikbesteck.

The staff were amazing, i gorgot her name but the lady with the braids in her hair was the kindest receptionist, and all of them were so welcoming wishing a great day/night when we were leaving and coming back it was really sweet and made us all feel cozy! The breakfast was amazing and stocked perfectly. The rooms were very clean and the staff did a excellent job.
Ask people not to vape in the elevators, it was very nasty to walk into a hotboxed vape cloud.

Struttura vecchia , mobilio in pessime condizioini, doccia con tenda "modello psyco": alla richiesta di come fare per non allagare il bagno la risposta e' stata " butta per terra i teli!!!!". Cio' premesso, la manutenzione delle stanze e' praticamente assente, la stanza viene riassettata, da policy di cui si e' avuta notizia solo all'arrivo, ogni 2 giorni ( !!!!!), lo scarico del lavandino non funziona e nessuno e'intervenuto. Colazione approssimativa poco vairia e di dubbia qualita'.. Una ultima annotazione per booking, ho prenotato in quello che e' piu' un ostello che un Marriot , sulla base di recensioni, evidentemente non verificate, pagando fra l'altro , un prezzo da hotel 4 stelle!!!!

Carpet needs to be replaced.
The location was great . The main floor was pleasant from the seating in the lobby to the outdoor beautiful scenery. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
The room was not in great shape. The windows were filthy and so was the bathroom. The room had a very strong odor like the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The hallway carpet was not vacuumed.
