One positive thing it’s the location. Bath is full with muld. Balcony is dirty. Not worth your money

Cons:

It was very dirty. Balcony unusable full of pigeons stool. Very dirty! The bathroom was dirty and had muld everywhere. I was shocked. Luckily we were there for only one night. Otherwise I would have changed hotel the same day. On breakfast we wanted to sit with our friends. But they didn’t let us. We sat separately. There were not many options on breakfast. The garage smills of pee, very very tight . We scratched our car, and you can see the scratches on the walls as a sign many people ruined their cars before me. I never had such a bad experience before! It is a two star hotel maximum

Albergo fatiscente in buona posizione
Pros:

La cosa migliore di questo hotel è la posizione centrale, che permette di raggiungere la piazza principale di Mogliano Veneto in pochi minuti.
Gli spazi comuni sono belli e non lasciano presagire la pochezza delle camere.

Cons:

Il garage sottorraneo ha un ingresso e delle svolte molto strette. Nel garage si sente una grande puzza. Le stanze sono piuttosto fatiscenti, il materasso del letto matrimoniale era sdoppiato e ormai molto acciaccato. Il copriletto era vecchio, stile pensione per extracomunitari. Il bagno pure era vecchio, ma funzionante. La serratura della camera funzionava male, difficile da aprire e quasi impossibile per dare le mandate.
Il portoncino di accesso della dependance è munito di un codice che funziona a tratti e viene modificato senza avvisare gli ospiti.
L'ascensore non ha mai funzionato!

Die Lage zum Bahnhof und Verbindung mit Venezia. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse ausgezeichnet

Gita di famiglia.
Pros:

L'accoglienza all'arrivo e stata molto soddisfacente, lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
Parcheggio della struttura normale e nella norma di molti strutture e condomini.
La colazione abbondante buona.
La vicinanza alla stazione a 3 minuti dalla struttura permette di raggiungere Venezia a solo 20 minuti di treno.

Cons:

Le condizioni delle stanze, non sono al top, da cambiare alcune cose e di sistemare e il più bella una rinfrescata ai muri.
Il bagno della camera dove abbiamo alloggiato vi do il consiglio di togliere la vasca dal bagno che per gli anni e rovinata
Diciamo che che la struttura in generale non è un 4 stelle.
