Très bien !
Pros:

Très bon service client et amabilité du personnel
Le restaurant était un vrai plus ainsi que le bar très agréable et stylé

Gerne mal wieder wenn wir nach Trier wollen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt absolut perfekt nähe Fußgängerzone. Ich habe hier geschäftlich viele Jahre verbracht und war nun nach etlichen Jahren mit meiner Familie wieder da. Das Hotel hat an nichts verloren und ist nach wie vor sehr sauber und gepflegt. Natürlich hat es seinen Preis der nicht wegzudiskutieren ist. Das Personal ist sehr engagiert und freundlich. das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. für uns ein perfekte Wochenende mit tollem Wellness Abend.

Cons:

Ich kann nichts hervor heben. Der Wellness Bereich ist nach wie vor einfach Super

Sehr teures Frühstück das nicht schlecht aber auch nicht irgendwie besonders ist.

Cons:

Wir waren zwei Kollegen, die Dame hatte unsere Ausweise und hat unsere Namen 4mal hintereinander verwechselt. Sehr unprofessionell und konnte kaum Deutsch. Noch schlimmer der Spa Teil ist kostenpflichtig, bei so einem teuren Hotel erwarte ich das dies inklusive ist, vorallem wenn die Bilder so prägnant auf Booking geschalten sind.

Grosses komfortables Zimmer, zentral gelegen, schöne Lobby

Cons:

Das Parking ist öffentlich und kostet 18€ am Tag. Unser Zimmer war direkt gegenüber einer Bar die bis um 2 Uhr laut Reggaeton gespielt hat, auch mit Ohrenstöpsel war es immer noch laut. Es könnte mehr Steckdosen haben.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit perfekter Lage, sehr freundlichem Personal und hervorragendem Service.
Pros:

Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage im Zentrum, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war einfach perfekt – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber. Besonders gut hat mir das Massageangebot gefallen. Auch das Frühstück war fabelhaft.

Ich kann mich wirklich nicht beschweren, es hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen.

Ruhiges Zimmer, nettes Personal. Zugang von Parkhaus zum Hotel. Gutes Frühstück. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher nebst Zubehör im Zimmer.

Cons:

Wellness kostet 15 Euro pP extra. Keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe bzw hinter dem Nachttisch versteckt. TV Gerät könnte größer und SMART sein

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage und gutes Essen.

Cons:

Die Betten waren nicht bequem. Im Bad war die Badewanne nicht sehr sauber geputzt und es gab beschädigte Fliesen. Das Zimmer war etwas "muffig" und die Klimaanlage veraltet und hat nicht richtig funktioniert.
In der Minibar gab es nur Wasser.

Gerne kommen wir wieder, wir waren zufrieden, das Personal war durchweg freundlich.
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und hat für jeden Geschmack etwas geboten.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war etwas laut.
