Centrally located hotel in interesting historic town of Trier.
Pros:

Central location but our room was opposite a cafe which was noisy later in the evening. Attractive bar and restaurant area. Comfy room and good shower.

Cons:

We had to change rooms initially as the fridge did not work in the first room.
Poor service in the bar on one occasion.

Wegen der guten Lage war der Aufenthalt insgesamt akzeptabel.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Viele Museen, Parks und Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass wir viel unternehmen konnten, ohne das Auto zu brauchen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber. Es war insgesamt staubig, auch auf dem Tisch lag Staub. Am schlimmsten war es im Badezimmer: Auf dem Boden und auf der Toilette lagen viele Haare. Auch auf dem Waschtisch und dem kleinen Spiegel war deutlich sichtbarer Staub.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, die Betten bequem und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit .
Toll war auch der Wellnessbereich, klein aber fein.

Cons:

Allein der Eingangsbereich war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu stark parfümiert

Zwiespältige: Eingangsbereich vs Hotelzimmer
Pros:

Toller Eingangsbereich mit Bar und Essbereich, hier haben wir gern gesessen, freundliches Personal, Parkhaus unter dem Hotel

Cons:

Die Zimmer hielten nicht mit dem Eingangsbereich mit, leider nur funktionell, kein Platz zum Wohlfühlen; Parkhaus 18€ für die Nacht und keine Lademöglichkeit für eAutos

Sehr gute Lage mit Parkplatz.
Pros:

Auswahl beim Frühstück war in Ordnung. Etwas mehr Auswahl beim Obst!
Die Lage war perfekt um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu besuchen.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren zu hart. Bei einer Suite erwarte ich einen Obstkorb im Zimmer.
Außerdem hörte ich den Aufzug.

The room was large. The lobby is very attractive. The breakfast is good. A parking garage is attached to it and has an entrance directly to the hotel

Cons:

No outlets!! Or very few. A large room with only 2 outlets. One in the bathroom and the other in a corner. None by the bed and none at the desk. I had to charge things on the floor in the corner. And, to make it worse....there is no electricity in the room unless you put your card key in the wall slot. Not just the lights, but all of the electricity in the room is out, unless you are there. So you can't charge anything unless you're in the room.
Also the bed and pillows are hard.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit
Ich war das vierte Mal im Parkplaza und kann es nur empfehlen. Was mich betrifft werde ich wiederkommen, wann immer ich in Trier bin.
