Breakfast was ok.
Better fruit choices for grandkids
Was not clean floor in side and outside also Air conditioning/heating unit has lots of dirt inside frame.
Check in and check out was easy. Staff were friendly
Hair in the bathroom shower. Loud from the construction and traffic outside. For 200$ a night, I would have thought there would be body soap and hair conditioner and there was not. Not worth 200$ at all.
Great staff, free water, nice space, fridge and microwave
I think it’s being fixed, but there was pretty severe water damage in the bathroom, didn’t affect the functionality of the space, but it was noticeable.
meh
I was not recognized as a Hilton Honors member. When I indicated that I was, the clerk said "I know." She did not offer water of a snack. Wen I asked about those, she said "water is in the refrigerator" I wasn't sure if I was expected to obtain it myself, so I asked, She said no, and got it for me. but she never smiled and she did not offer a snack. It was a cold interaction. I wondered if my booking the reservation through Booking.com instead of Hilton.com affected the way I was treated.
Everything
Nothing
The breakfast was good with variety of hot and cold items. We liked the cleanliness and the time window for breakfast was quite good. The room was great and furniture was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
The phone in the room was not working. More than one fruit type would be good. Oatmeal was little watery.
Check in and check out was easy. There was a friendly young man when we arrived who brought us a cart to help with our luggage. There was another nice young man who provided us with tissues when we saw him in the lobby even though he was not responsible for our room.I love that there is coffee always available in the lobby.
Some staff were not so friendly. The curtain was severely ripped in our room, the shelves were off the track next to the microwave, one of the shower doors stuck and we had to fix the toilet ourselves three times (water wouldn't load in tank). Paid more than the room was worth this time.
Breakfast was very blah.
Breakfast. Check out took longer just to get service up front.
Location was important and the availability of the rooms we needed.
We experienced a power outage right as we arrived, so that was annoying. It took a couple hours to resolve. Additionally, I was given a room that was not cleaned and had to rewtiurn to the desk for a room change. The attendant dodged take care of that tho.
