Staying at Residence Le Terrazze made our trip to Sorrento a truly memorable and wonderful holiday
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally helpful. There was a lovely feel about the place. Even the cleaning staff were couldn't have been nicer - cleaning the rooms and replacing towels whenever needed. Views of the Bay of Naples was fabulous. The free shuttle bus to and from Sorrento was great.

Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a pampered stay and looking to escape the crowds of Sorr
Pros:

Can’t say enough about the staff at the property and how they always greeted you with a smile and always did everything to make your stay enjoyable. The staff and service deserve a A+++ rating.

Cons:

Free Shuttle back from downtown is great but a bit overcrowded depending on the time. But the convenience of the free shuttle saved $$ and was a nice perk.

Pros:

Oerhört trevligt boende med en service utöver det man kan förvänta sig. Välstädade och fina rum. Vi hade dessutom en stor terrass med solsängar, vilket var ett stort plus. Smidigt med bussen ner till Sorrento, som aldrig behövde förbokas. Vi hade gärna rest tillbaka hit igen.

Cons:

Vi reste med barn så det hade varit tacksamt med någon form av lekhörna, rutschkana eller gungor.

Charmant studio avec vue … mais rénovation impérative à prévoir pour lui redonner tout son attrait!
Pros:

La vue sur la baie de Sorrento est prodigieuse, la terrasse du petit déjeuner idéale pour en profiter ainsi que le balcon du studio! La navette pour descendre en ville et revenir est bien pratique et le personnel est aux petits soins!

Cons:

L’équipement du studio mais aussi les terrasses et pourtour de la piscine ont grandement besoin d’être rénovés ! C’est dommage au regard du charme du lieu et d’une décoration soignée.

Świetny widok z obiektu! Obiekt znajduje się około 15 min busem od centrum Sorrento (przystanek w centrum znajduje się zaraz za stacja kolejowa, z kolei przystanek, z którego można dojechać do centrum znajduje się zaraz przy hotelu). Obiekt oferuje usługę darmowego transportu o wyznaczonych godzinach. Personel bardzo miły, odpowiada na wszelkie pytania natychmiastowo, również przed przyjazdem dba o to, by gość miał pełna wiedzę na temat transportu, zasad działania obiektu itp. Pokoje z antresola przestronne, z łazienka i podstawowym wyposażeniem kuchni, wspaniały widok na morze. Polecam!

O hotel fica no alto da serra , então a vista é fantástica. Os quartos ficam no exterior, portanto se chover voce pode se molhar. Tem um ônibus que leva os hospedes ao centro, em vários horários, o que é muito conveniente.

Cons:

o café da manha é "cortesia" e muito simples. Seria melhor cobrar e oferecer um café melhor, pq o hotel é isolado e não há lugares próximos.

View from the balcony is awsome. But the cushions were full of stains.
