The room was clean and if you are heading to the Sipadan or Mabul island the dive shops are just few meters away. 7-11 store next door.
The reception staff could use more they beautiful smiles. The young lady look so angry and was not very friendly. The room was filled with different signs what is not allowed in the hotel. They check room when you are doing a check-out and that took a long time. Not worth the money.

The room was OK, and the bed comfortable.
The reception was not particularly friendly and they make no attempt to connect with guests, they are just doing a job. It is clear that the calibre of their guests is not great, as they go to great lengths to advise guests how to behave and not steal equipment. On our first stay, they refused to hand over my daughter's luggage that they were storing until they had checked the room and the second stay they were reluctant to let us leave until the room had been checked. The staff also don't make any attempt to assist with luggage.
We were given vouchers for breakfast at a choice of three different restaurants, but with very limited options. The first morning we gave it a try and got bananas, a soggy microwaved croissant with no butter or jam and cup of instant coffee. The coffee shop had much better options, but these were not available on the voucher.

The first impression of the hotel was bad. The area surrounding the hotel was not clean but there was a bad odour. The receptionist was friendly but when we asked for water there was a water dispenser next to the counter without cups. We were told to use our own cups or bottles. The room was very basic. There were only two old looking bath towels and a floor rug. No hand towels were available. There was no shampoo and the shower gel was dilute with no lather. The bedsheets and blankets looked old and crumpled.The air conditioner was not functioning properly and the technician took nearly an hour to fix it. Breakfast was outsourced to 3 coffee shops. There was very limited choice of food and quality was bad!
We paid RM248 per room but it was a poor deal

The room space is bit small for muslim to perform prayer. Otherwise room is clean
