Stay here for Yaamava !
Pros:

This hotel has been consistently great ! It is very clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable . They have a coffee maker, microwave , and refrigerator . The breakfast is good. There is a direct bus route from in front of this hotel to the Yaamava' Casino Resort !

It was ok but there’s room for improvement.
Pros:

Outdated but good location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Our room was clean.

Cons:

I booked two rooms. We stayed on the second floor but could hear a lot of noise from the room upstairs. Our mattress would shake/ vibrate. Not sure if it’s the springs or the floor but made for an uncomfortable night. Breakfast was not good at all. Arrived for breakfast at 9am and the had only cereal,bread and potatoes. Messy buffet counters with spilled food. Our friends from the other room I booked said they arrived at 8 and they were already out of most food items. Not to mention they had a weird experience having to prove to the staff that they paid for breakfast.

Front desk staff and breakfast disappointing, location and room very nice.
Pros:

The location is great, right off the freeway with a Stater Brothers right across the street. The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows. There was a fitness room and a pool.

Cons:

This hotel needs someone to stay at the front desk. Both times we needed someone at the front desk we had to wait a long time. One time we had to go find the person attending the breakfast and she had to text him to come back. When Nathanial did come back he acted like it was an intrusion on his free time. He asked the right questions like how was your stay but it was more like a rehearsed speech instead of actually wanting to know.

My husband was having surgery and when I messaged the hotel that I might need an early check in so he could lay down the response I got felt totally uncaring. It said, "If your room is clean you will need to pay and additional $50 plus tax to check in early. I don't mind paying more for an early check in but on a $93 room it seemed a bit much. When checking in I asked him where the closest parking to the room was and his response was "you can park anywhere on the property".
In the past when staying at a Best Western the front desk has always been very helpful and acted like it was a pleasure to answer any questions, not this time.

The breakfast was okay, but we were not expecting beans, tortillas, and scrambled eggs with chorizo. I was not able to find any milk or fruit but there was yogurt and a waffle maker.
