Pros:

Location and rooms and it was quiet and staff was mostly friendly and didn’t disturb us

Cons:

They were very weird about the deposit changed up the rate and tried to charge me two different deposits during my stay which I’ve never heard of before

the lies regarding the deposit, the amount & the return. claiming i left stains on sheets.. isnt that what laundry is for. kept 35 dollars for washin sheets

Excellent Customer Service and beautifully well kept rooms!! Can’t wait to be back again!!
Pros:

They were able to accommodate our students and staff and though the reservation was last minute we’re still able to keep us all together. They said they would try not seperate us and they kept to their word. The staff was extremely kind and attentive even though we arrived late from our event. Will definitely book again when traveling with our students.

Wouldn’t recommend!
Pros:

The “breakfast” was very disappointing. It included only waffles, some toast with butter, cereal, milk, and coffee — and the juice machine wasn’t even working. This is far from what I would consider a proper continental breakfast.

We were also charged $20 for a hand towel due to makeup stains, which felt excessive and unreasonable.

The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, overall it seems that management is more focused on squeezing additional charges than on providing a good guest experience.

Would not stay here again.

Plus de jus d'orange en panne pas cher de mettre des bouteilles de jus pour des personnes qui boit que ca le matin
quelques tranches de pain et un appareils a gaufres . Et beurre.
Le pire une mini serviette avec un peux de rouge dessus avec lavage tous partait
On nous a réclamer 20 dollars
Après avoir refusé et un coup de téléphone on nous a réclamer 5 dollard
Nauvaise expérience .
Pas l'habitude de mettre des mauvais commentaires

I will not be staying there again.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. Furnishings were adequate. Shower was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was very minimal, never changed or refreshed in the 13 days I stayed there. There was mold in the bathroom corner behind the door. Desk area was very small, no coffee in the room, the air conditioning was very noisy and difficult to control.
