Convenient, friendly, safe.
Pros:

The property seems like it has had some updates. The lobby and breakfast area are clean and well kept. Our room was mixed, while the beds were comfortable and seemed updated, the bathroom was not. It was run down, stained and in need of refurbishing. Otherwise we would come back again once the bathrooms were done.

Old bathroom, slow elevator, air conditioning was hard to get to a comfortable temp..
