Location was great
The room had no heating on one of the coldest nights this year. I explained this to the receptionist when checking out, and their reply was: 'You should have told us earlier.' My reply was: 'You should have checked the room before we checked in!'

In the city centre so it is near everything
When I checked in, my shampoo bottle was empty, and when I spoke to reception about it, they gave me a new bottle to put on the wall myself
I didn't sleep the best - I largely don't in hotel room, but the mattress was a bit hard for my preference
Both such minor issues, I only mentioned them as I felt I had to mention 2 things
This is my faourite hotel in Leeds. The staff are friendly and efficient the rooms are spacious with excellent facilities kettle iron and ironing board and coffee machine. All this at very reasonable prices.
