The location
The lifts didn’t work. Only one in use. We were on the 17th floor. Waited such a long time for each lift.
The sausages at breakfast were awful.
The staff were not particularly friendly.

Lifts! One was out of order but the two remaining were so slow, took over 15 minutes to wait for one when we were checking out. Only 2 appeared in all that time and both were full from higher floors.

Lifts were appalling. Slow unreliable with ridiculous wait times. The stairwell which we had to use on most occasions was extremely dirty with mud and dirty footprints on them which given the absence of rain recently I would assume had been there for some time. The room we stayed in was in need of refurbishment and the pillows were like bricks. The lady running breakfast was excellent though.

The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the railway station and next to the Trinity centre. Room was comfortable and air conditioned, breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. Staff very kind and helpful.

Location and the staff. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Toilet had a very small leak when we arrived which was reported the next morning. It was dealt with.
