Always a comfortable lovely stay
Pros:

Excellent location, lovely staff and very nice spacious room with very comfortable bed

Cons:

Nothing to dislike really apart from being unable to cast my device and get chrome cast working but that wasn’t a big deal

Excellent for train stain, shopping bars and restaurants.
Pros:

Excellent location, minutes from train station and so close to shops bars and restaurants. Very spacious room with excellent comforts. Breakfast very good choice and quality.

Perfect for a city stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean and the massive bath was so nice. Close to city centre.

Cons:

The shower cream in the shower was empty. Needed a refill.

Excellent location, so close to train station and city centre. Staff really helpful and accomodating. Rooms were spacious and light.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better, it was very reasonable but the hot food needed to be cooked more.

Great location and staff, all you need for shorter or longer stay
Pros:

Brilliant staff, great breakfast, amazing location. Check in and check out was very easy, the rooms are nice and big and contain all you need for your stay. The staff also give you a choice between higher or lower floor, so if you are - like me - not comfortable with heights, you will still be okay.

Cons:

The rooms are not very soundproof, so when there was a bigger party of people being quite loud in the corridor, I couldn't sleep. I have specifically opted out of cleaning as I was only staying one night, but was unpleasantly surprised when I came back to my room and saw that someone cleaned up and moved my things around. However I did mention this to the reception and it seemed to be an isolated issue.
