Location and staff at desk

Cons:

I left a do not disturb sign, i was woken by contant knocking... when I opened the door the cleaner asked me if the sign was correct and that I did not want to be disturbed. I had purposely worked til late so I could have a lie in which was ruined.

Our stay at the Park Plaza was excellent and we were very well looked after. Very grateful for the room upgrade as a rewards member, to a top floor room!
Leeds is a 'fun city' to visit!!

La situation au centre-ville avec plein de restaurants autours. Les chambres sont grandes, spacieuses et bien équipées.

Cons:

Le parfum d'ambiance dans le hall (lounge) est beaucoup trop fort pour des personnes sensibles (un problème de beaucoup d'hôtels)
