Location and the staff were extremely helpful breakfast buffet style they catered for everyone room was spacious and had air con bed was very comfy would definitely stay again.

Location was excellent, the hotel was good friendly staff and facilities apart from the gym, equipment was a bit dated.
2 single beds put together, ended up with a sore back and neck

The king-size bed in the executive suite we paid extra for was 2 beds pushed together that were at different levels and one size sunk when you laid/sat on it. No extra bits - shower cap etc. Not enough milk abd tea for a 2 night stay
We were travelling by train. The hotel is very near the station. We knew what to expect as we have stated before. For what we paid it was great value. Breakfast was very good. We asked for a room with a view and we got exactly what we wanted,.
Extremely trivial, but the tea and coffee at breakfast were both too strong in our opinion.
