It is the first time being at this hotel.
It is slightly above my budget, but I decided to try it.

The room had an excellent view and large windows and I did not hear any noise from outside
Very good, providing a coffee machine and a refrigerator with a couple of bottles.
Not to forget - ironing facility
The "phone-key" was playing and every time I needed to enter, I was struggling.
I was expecting the towels to be more "fragranced", but they smell on cheap washing or improper storing.
Excellent location right in the city centre but no dedicated parking. Local nearby car parks can be used at a discounted rate
One lift working on arrival which reception failed to mention. Room on 7th floor. Massive queue of people gathered all cramming (eventually) into the one lift.
Discovered the aircon was faulty during the night so sleep was awful
Lifts still not fully functioning the following morning and the two that were were full of cleaners and their equipment or other guests meaning almost 15 mins to get to reception from the room

Nothing I had an amazing stay
Brilliant location, directly opposite the station. Room (twin) was very comfortable and clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful including the team on front desk and breakfast.
During our stay there was an issue with the lifts (2 out of 3 not working) but we were warned at check-in and then compensated with free breakfast. Good service and allowed us to make sure we knew there may be a delay waiting for the lift and to plan accordingly.
