Bra hotell, god frokost, rent, hyggelig personale

Cons:

Treg service ved frokost og lunch til tross for god plass. Personal virket litt urutinerte. Service ved bassenget fungerte bra. Litt dårlig med lydisolering mellom rommene

Nice clean hotel would recommend it.
Pros:

Very nice hotel, we paid €90 to get in our room early and a pool view which we had anyway, would have preferred a walk in shower.

Cons:

Bedroom wasn’t as big as we thought it would be and the bathroom was small.

Pros:

Excellent staff with a dedication to keep the standards high.

Cons:

On one day breakfast seemed chaotic with people queuing but tables awaiting prep.
However the following day this was sorted and there were no issues

Pros:

Das Haus wurde frisch renoviert und es ist sehr schön geworden. Die Lage ist weiterhin unschlagbar.

Cons:

Leider wird in dem Hotel nun in zwei Klassen eingeordnet. Es gibt das sogenannte red Level, in dem Gäste bevorzugt behandelt werden, schneller bedient und besser „platziert“ werden. In einem Hotel welches eh schon unglaublich teuer ist, finde ich das nicht in Ordnung. Außerdem hat sich im Vergleich zu vor ein paar Jahren das Angebot beim Frühstück (30€ p.P.) stark reduziert. Schade. Für uns wohl das letzte Mal.

Good hotel in a good location. The outside pool lets it down. We didn’t use the indoor one.
Pros:

We upgraded to a red level suite with the most amazing view on arrival as our family room was dark and not very nice. The suite was beautiful , super clean and comfortable. A lovely refurbished room.Breakfast and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

The pool area wasn’t very nice. Shame no pool service. Staff shouldn’t allow guests to put towels down for the whole day but then leave and no one else can use them. Pool staff were very unfriendly.
Our room was very clean but communal areas not so. The lift panel and various doors especially going down to the pool were very grubby definitely not cleaned every day.

Great Hotel
Pros:

We booked The Victoria primarily for the location, walking distance to Palma City centre. On arrival we were not disappointed. All what you expect from a 5 star hotel and more. Exceptional staff all very helpful. We look forward to our return

Grundsätzlich schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Team, aber doch in die Jahre gekommen.

Nettes Team, tolle Aussicht, gutes Frühstück, tolle Garage

Cons:

Das Hotel ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmertüren schließen nicht richtig,... es ist wirklich laut.
