Ein schönes Hotel an bester Lage mit wunderbarem Personal

Wundervolle Sonnenaufgänge, aufmerksames freundliches Personal und gutes Essen

Cons:

Die Plastikböden im Zimmer, geben einem das Gefühl in einer Klinik zu sein. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sollten sie Parkett verlegen oder zumindest schöne mallorquinische Keramik-Platten benutzen.

Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Very good location. Extremely kind staff. Good breakfast. Renovated rooms with balcony and a nice view of the cathedral. Good stay.

Comfortable room but stay ruined due to falsely advertised air conditioning.
Pros:

Very pleasant room, well designed, clean, and relatively spacious, comfortable beds and a large bathroom.

Cons:

Air conditioning was falsely advertised, there is no air conditioning, it was way too warm and I was utterly unable to sleep in the conditions.
