We had a very restful time, and all the staff were fantastic,
Pros:

It was clean and location looking over the marina and up to the cathedral were wonderful

Cons:

It’s a large hotel and getting to the pool was a bit of a way, and sometimes the lifts would be going up and down picking other people up.

Great location and layout with the pool at the front so gets the sun all day and plenty to look out at.
Pros:

Location was perfect overlooking the harbour and within walking distance for everything

Cons:

Cleaner kept forgetting to leave milk, tea and coffee

Gostei da localização, infraestrutura e funcionários da recepção

Cons:

Tomamos café 6h30, pedi para a responsável para verificar se poderia trazer um ovo para mim e para minha filha. Ela informou que não seria possível. Próximo das 7 am ela trouxe os ovos cozidos e gelados. Para mim ficou claro que os ovos foram cozidos ontem. Sendo assim, qual na dificuldade de terem trazido antes? Ou seria pura má vontade?

Cons:

Piscina abarrotada sin hamacas libres, barandilla del balcón muy baja y peligrosa, ruidos de motores en la habitación, cama pequeña, cierre de la piscina a las 19.00 horas, acceso y salida de la bañera complicado y peligroso , muchísimo ruido de trafico desde la habitación (piso 14)...

piscine : clients prennent transac dés petit déjeuner. mettre quelques tables avec chaises.
