Posizione e cortesia dello staff

Cons:

Alcuni dettagli migliorabili; mancavano nella camera una seconda sedia e nel bagno un secondo gancio per il telo doccia; inoltre mancava il tavolino poggia-bagagli solitamente presente in hotel di questa categoria

Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, viel Auswahl. Vor allem die vielen verschiedenen Milchalternativen haben mich überrascht.
Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen.
Die Lage ist auch spitze. Gleich neben einer Garage mit eigenen Stellplätzen fürs Hotel, aber auch zu Fuß kann man angenehm die Promenade entlang in die Altstadt flanieren.
In der Früh immer eine tolle Morgensonne über dem Hafen.

Le personnel, et notamment le personnel d'entretien ; L'emplacement également.

Cons:

Problème de confort lié au lit et au bruit (insonorisation). Pas de cafetière ni de bouilloire. Je vous suggère vivement d'en intégrer aux chambres.

At this time of the year, great value for money
Pros:

Good location, great look outside of the hotel, near everything and the staff were nice and nice views from the balcony!

Cons:

Not really much info given upon arrival, weird smell in the corridors and lobby one 2 days, smelt really bad like a sewage issue. Bot entirely sure the sheets ans stuff were checked properly, looked like dried blood on the curtains and sheets.
