Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, insbesondere die kalten Speisen.

Cons:

Das warme Frühstücksgemüse war nicht frisch, sondern aufgewärmte Tiefkühlkost.
Der Salat hatte bereits dunkle Blätter.
Das Zimmer entsprach nicht dem Standard eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels: ein Tisch mit einem Stuhl, keine Kommode – eher ein Studentenzimmer.
Für über 600 € für vier Nächte ist die Ausstattung unzureichend. Kein Wasserkocher oder sonstige Annehmlichkeiten.
Der Balkon war winzig und nicht nutzbar.
Fenster und Balkontür waren undicht, der Lärm von der Straße störte die Nachterholung erheblich.
Das Zimmer war insgesamt laut und nicht entspannend!
Pool war geschlossen, obwohl er geöffnet sein sollte.
Die Bewertungen sind irreführend. Das Hotel rechtfertigt nicht den Preis oder die vier Sterne. Für mich maximal 3 Sterne.

Pros:

The rooms were great n clean ..the staff really helped with the places to visit ..
The breakfast was the best .we stayed for Nights and I loved it .most attractions you can walk to and the cathedral was right outside our balcony . beautiful view .it rained one day .there is places to eat dinner enjoy a beer or wine right at the corner and outside the hotel

Good value hotel close to city centre but in need of an upgrade
Pros:

Great location and comfortable hotel. Rooms were a good size and quiet, beds were comfortable and room was very clean.
Good value for money!

Cons:

Check in was vey slow and disorganised - staff were trying to be helpful but not very efficient.
Hotel is a bit dated and could do with a good refurb,
Tea bags and water not topped up after first day.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. The bathroom was particularly good.

Cons:

The hotel is stated to be 4 stars but feel it was more of 3 star establishment. Additionally, the hotel have replied to other comments saying complimentary slippers will be provided on request to all guests (including standard rooms) but this is not the case. We asked and showed the review and were still not provided them.

gute, zentrale Lage nahe der Innenstadt,

Amazing stay would come back
Pros:

We had a lovely side marina view, all staff were amazing, reception online check in was easy and a nice fast process at the desk, the hotel is in walking distance of everything we wanted to see!
