Mooi, luxe en goed gelegen hotel met goede faciliteiten en zeer goed ontbijt
Pros:

Hotel heeft mooie, luxe uitstraling. Super ontbijt met bubbels, heerlijk buiten op het terras. Lekkere koffie/cappuccino, ook nog voor to go. Fijne, ruime kamer met mooie groot balkon en prachtige uitzicht over de haven. Centrum prima aan te wandelen, mooie wandeling!

Cons:

Geen rekening gehouden met voorkeuren (kamers dichtbij elkaar en losse bedden), personeel in ontbijtzaal niet heel vriendelijk

Very disappointed we weren’t told the evening menu wouldn’t change for the whole length of our stay. If we had known we wouldn’t have booked half board.

Pros:

Great location and excellent views of the marina and cathedral if you had a room with a view. Lovely staff too- very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It was quite tired in places. The half board evening menu was good value but it would have been good to have had a different menu choice after a few days.

An excellent choice for a getaway in a reasonable location from great spots to eat and sightsee.
Pros:

I thought it was so kind to be able to hold any bags after check out before my flight home for free, for a number of hours, and I was still able to use the facilities and they gave me a spare room to shower and change in before leaving. I’ve rarely had experiences like this available but NONE where it was complementary. This made my last day here even more enjoyable and relaxing than anticipated. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The breakfast selection was vast which is great for choices, I’m sure to accommodate different cultures visiting but the basic eggs and bacon were a disappointment in taste and preparation. Bacon was underdone and eggs were cold.
