Pros:

Fantastiskt läge! Välstädat rymligt rum. Fint soldäck. Bra utbud i restaurang. Serviceminded glad och trevlig personal. Kan tänka oss hotellet igen.

Cons:

Poolen uppfattades väldigt mycket större på bilder. Dyrt tillägg för frukost. 3 nätter max i framtid för vår del. Känns rimligt

Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Het hotel is zeker aan te raden.
Pros:

De locatie was erg goed gelegen. Het centrum was op wandelafstand (15min wandelen) bereikbaar. Het station was ook erg dichtbij waar je naartoe kan gaan als je een uitstap gepland hebt buiten Palma. Het ontbijt was zeer aangenaam en alles was lekker vers. Het personeel aan de receptie was behulpzaam wanneer je een praktische vraag had.

Cons:

De kussens van het bed waren erg dik. Dit kan iets persoonlijk zijn, maar dat vond ik een minder puntje.

Excellent hotel for short break in Palma
Pros:

All staff were excellent, room was decent size. Great choice at breakfast. Good to get free water each day. Location very good - easy walk to city centre. Handy for bus station.

Cons:

Had a balcony room on the top floor which was great, overall, but the noise of scraping chairs from the roof top bar/restaurant got a bit annoying at times. Thankfully was out and about most of the time anyway.

Perfect Hotel for a break in Palma
Pros:

Great location ten minutes walk from the Old Town. Not the loveliest of locations but once inside the facilities are excellent. Lovely roof top area with a small pool. Plenty of loungers and sofas to relax after a hard days sightseeing. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is good and it’s lovely to eat on the roof looking out at the city lights or just enjoy a cocktail. The rooms are large and very clean with comfy beds. Ask for a rim facing in or high floor as lower floors affected by road noise. Very friendly staff and excellent choice of breakfast. Would recommend for a city break in Palma

Perfect hotel for our girls weekend away
Pros:

Loved the complimentary spa access and rooftop pool area. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Rooms were good size and clean. Beds very comfy.

Cons:

We had a problem with a leaking AC unit in our room but the staff dealt with it really well and relocated us very quickly. They could also do with fixing the second lift as it gets busy with just one and everyone going up to top floor
