Pros:

- great location, walkable to the city center and train station, bus stop to the airport nearby
- neat room, cool design and cleaned daily, bathtub in the bathroom
- balcony
- solid cleaning service
- Daily refilled minibar
- Complimentary spa pass
- Nice rooftop area with pool and bar
- Cute little library on the ground floor, perfect for bookworms
- Nice gym downstairs
- Bookable spa treatments (sadly I wasn’t able to use any but would love to try next time; needs to be booked in advance)
- Little souvenir shop in-house
- Variety of options at breakfast (big choice for carnivores)
- Most of the staff (both reception, breakfast, bar and cleaning) we interacted with were very kind and friendly
- Fast and reliable WiFi
- TV channels in different languages

Cons:

- breakfast wasn’t really vegan friendly, neither were lunch/dinner menu (only the room service had a vegan burger on offer)
- The supposedly heated pool with jacuzzi in the spa was ice cold during our visit…I reported it immediately but nothing was done for the duration of our stay, and the reception staff member seemed very indifferent about it, almost annoyed I’m even pointing this out :/
- No possibility to refill our water bottles - the minibar only provided 0,33l per person per day which wasn’t exactly enough
- sometimes the communication (language wise) was a bit challenging
- No AC in the gym…
- one evening there was a private event on the rooftop and it was extremely loud - to the point that the police had to intervene. On that evening we were also not able to use the rooftop which affected our experience

Pros:

Amazing location within walking distance to the main bits of town. Amazing pool area with plenty of loungers and pool bar! Comfortable room with free upgrade

Pros:

It was in a good location the staff her very friendly and helpful. The overall hotel was very clean. The only downside was the pool is very small.

Cons:

Maybe a some more choices on the evening menu and building working works close by.

Sehr nettes Team, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch gepresstem O-Saft, schöne Rooftop-Bar, witzige, wenn auch kleine Rooftop-Poolanlage.

Cons:

Die Bäder auf der 4. und 5. Etage sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage war recht laut (ob eine gründliche Reinigung da hilft, kann ich nicht beurteilen). Dass ich das erste deutsche Fernsehen (ARD) nicht finden konnte, war nicht so schlimm, hätte angesichts der laufenden Fußball-WM aber eine potenzielle Alternative zm Rudelgucken in S'Arenal bedeutet.

Neat clean hotel but over priced
Pros:

It’s neat & clean but seems like out of no where . It’s in middle of the city about 15-20 min walk to old town . Doesn’t give feel of a holiday hotel

Hôtel au top ! N’hésitez plus
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé. Equipment extra avec un rooftop exceptionnel (piscine, transat, bar et tables protégées du soleil). Chambre très confortable et très propre. Très bon petit déjeuner et le personnel est au petit soin pour faire en sorte que votre séjour reste un moment inoubliable.

Cons:

Il faudrait mettre de l’antidérapant sur les marches de l’escalier du rooftop pour éviter les chutes. Avec les pieds mouillés ça glisse !

Tot en general. Que la beguda de la nevera de l’habitació sigui gratuïta, és un fet diferencial de la resta d’hotels.

Hotel für den Palma-Stadttrip
Pros:

Hotel mit zentraler Lage und einer schönen Dachterrasse. Bequemes Bett und kostenfreie Minibar. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet.

Cons:

Badezimmer mit Wannenbad. Für die tägliche Dusche unpraktisch. Eine Badrenovierung würde den Gesamteindruck verbessern.
