Friendly staff and very helpful! The location of this hotel is ideal for visiting families. Recently, we hosted a baby shower for a group of 80, and it went incredibly well. We were very happy with the service. Keep up the good work! Our sincere thanks to Lee Desiree. :)
The hotel hygiene is horrendous. Everything from the carpets to the room were filthy. Hyatt should not put its name on it. I have been a Hyatt traveler for over 30 years and this is probably the worst property I have ever stayed in. We had two rooms booked for 10 nights but we left after one night because of how dirty this hotel was. I even paid an extra penalty night charge just to leave
Worst experience we have ever had! Do not stay here if you want staff who care or working a/c. Rooms were not clean and running toilets. Broken parts and exposed floor nails. Dirty fingerprints on glass. Broken blinds. Couch broken and seperated as soon as you sit on it. Dust on a furniture.
Grandson ended up in the ER due to electric front door and over before they stay staff did not reach out one time to see if my grandson was OK.
Upon arrival, AC was broken and it was 100° outside. On day two we were brought a small portable Air conditioner. They do not care at all about your stay or your family. All they care about is making money and tier one customers only.

Sunny pool. Clean rooms. A bit overpriced, but a reliable stay and close to restaurants and entertainment. Wish the bar opened earlier.
Very bad. Worse experience at a Hyatt. Not worth my time to write a a meaningful statement.
Will not come back. Still waiting on Hyatt to resolve all issues and injuries to my family.

I tripped a little on the carpet in the hallway that was bubbled up. But there was a sign in the lobby stating they were going to upgrade soon.
The location was convenient for the things we were doing while down there for a week!
Wasn’t the cleanest but wasn’t super dirt things were broke in the room. We stayed for a week and the breakfast was the same every single day the only thing they would change is bacon or sausage.
Our room was very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast omelet was delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful. Being able to walk across the street to shopping center was nice.
stayed on first floor and my mom uses a walker the hallway carpet has thick ridges and tripped a few times, needs to be replaced
I wish I could give this Hyatt 5-Stars. The cleaning crew was doing a valiant effort to maintain the hotel, but I think private kitchens and pets make this incredibly difficult. We saw two pets have accidents on the carpets (which were promptly cleaned) and the fourth floor smelled all weekend. Also, there was a party at the pool on Saturday and it made it very challenging to enjoy the pool when so many party goers occupied the tables and chairs. At any rate, I cannot commend the housekeeping staff as they truly tried maintaining the premises clean. There wasn't a single instance that we didn't see someone cleaning the common areas. I just think they were fighting an uphill battle.
I loved that the staff was very helpful , we stayed from 06/19-06/20 and the front desk was amazing and kind.
The room was comfy and clean and the breakfast was delicious!
I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here in the future if needed !
