Pros:

El cuarto amplio con sala aparte.

Llegamos 4:45 pm y el cuarto no estaba listo, nos pidieron esperaramos 45 minutos, osea hasta 5:30 pm. Estabamos muy cansados, con niños cansados de un viaje largo, ofrecieron recompensarnos con puntos de credito para siguiente vez pero no lo hicieron.

Enjoyed a clean and spacious room with friendly hotel staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff at check-in. Arrived early and they happily checked to see if our room was ready. Front desk shared about all the features and amenities since we hadn't been there before. Room was clean and spacious for our family of three. Kitchen area was organized and had dishes for 4. I found an extra blanket/pillow in the closet.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The breakfast was really good. Room was clean. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for a few seconds, enough to wake us up but we went right back to sleep after the false alarm.

Home away from home!!
Pros:

I love the fact that I had a mini kitchen in my room so that I could cook instead of having to spend money eating out. I love the comfort of my room, felt like home.

Cons:

There isn't much that I didn't like from this hotel. The staff is very professional and helpful. The process of checking in and out is smooth and easy.

Please heat the pool in winter!!! It has been ICE cold for a full month now. And stock the towels at night. Otherwise a nice hotel with very courteous staff.
