Loveeeeee HH Pleasant Hill
Pros:

Loveeeee staying at the HH Pleasant Hill, my little getaway from SF, Front Desk agents are so friendly especially Hardeep he welcomes me with the warmest and nicest way possible making my experience unforgettable.
Rooms are super clean, breakfast is really good.
Alex from front desk was very helpful too the morning I checked out.

Excellent stay-cation close to home
Pros:

Friendly staff and a warm welcome. My room was WOW! So nice. Full kitchen, so cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with cooked to order omelet and so much more. My favorite was swimming in the pool at night amongst the stars. There is even a fire pit and a basket ball court. There appeared to be a lot for business travelers, but my stay was for some r&r, and I'm not talking rock and roll. This Hyatt House out performed the other three I've stayed at, and it's right in my neighborhood.

El cuarto amplio con sala aparte.

Cons:

Llegamos 4:45 pm y el cuarto no estaba listo, nos pidieron esperaramos 45 minutos, osea hasta 5:30 pm. Estabamos muy cansados, con niños cansados de un viaje largo, ofrecieron recompensarnos con puntos de credito para siguiente vez pero no lo hicieron.

Enjoyed a clean and spacious room with friendly hotel staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff at check-in. Arrived early and they happily checked to see if our room was ready. Front desk shared about all the features and amenities since we hadn't been there before. Room was clean and spacious for our family of three. Kitchen area was organized and had dishes for 4. I found an extra blanket/pillow in the closet.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The breakfast was really good. Room was clean. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for a few seconds, enough to wake us up but we went right back to sleep after the false alarm.
