Pros:

The rooms were clean, hot tub was nice, bar area was nice and good breakfast. It was cool that they had an actual refrigerator.

Cons:

The beds are extremely worn out and tired. It was literally impossible to get comfortable when laying down. The water pressure was weak. The water temperature was horrid at best and never really got hot.

Cons:

The reception staff was not welcoming at all. The parking was advertised as being included but when I got there, they charged for parking. There was no information in my room about the hotel such as check out time, pool opening time, breakfast time, etc.

A comfortable stay with amenities a short walk away.
Pros:

Our studio room was clean and well-stocked. The breakfast was far better than I expected. We were also to see that in addition to a heated pool there is a hot tub.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was far too weak.

Family Events
Pros:

Friendly staff and very helpful! The location of this hotel is ideal for visiting families. Recently, we hosted a baby shower for a group of 80, and it went incredibly well. We were very happy with the service. Keep up the good work! Our sincere thanks to Lee Desiree. :)
