Hyatt took $931.68 even tho I paid on app
And they won't release it. It's been a week
I have a friend that had a similar experience with Hyatt

Home away from home!!
Pros:

I love the fact that I had a mini kitchen in my room so that I could cook instead of having to spend money eating out. I love the comfort of my room, felt like home.

Cons:

There isn't much that I didn't like from this hotel. The staff is very professional and helpful. The process of checking in and out is smooth and easy.

Please heat the pool in winter!!! It has been ICE cold for a full month now. And stock the towels at night. Otherwise a nice hotel with very courteous staff.

Room good location great. Incidental charge absurd.
Cons:

The downside is they charged a 250 deposit. I just stayed at a 5 star hotel and didn’t get charged that much. That shocked me. Totally absurd.

Overall, quiet room, comfortable bed and pillows are good (not too soft nor hard)
Pros:

A staff is available to cook your eggs: omelet or scrambled. Food and beverages overall were very good.

Cons:

The layout of the breakfast area was hard to navigate. Expected it to be straight across. Too many curves. Ketchup was hard to find. Glasses for juice were placed too far above eye level.

Le petit déjeuner avec la dame qui fait les omelettes très sympathique, souriante.
La place de parking gratuite.
L’équipement de la chambre
Le lit très confortable

Cons:

Le bruit du moteur du réfrigérateur qui se déclenche jour et nuit et fait un bruit très fort.
Les chambres côtés rue très bruyantes avec le bruit de la route.
Le canapé lit pas très confortable et pas de couette.
La personne à l’accueil pas très compréhensible et coopératif.

Continued High Quality
Pros:

Have stayed here several times. Great staff, clean and comfortable room with a full kitchen, wonderful breakfast, plenty of parking and a great central location.

Cons:

It seems picky, but the microwave was confusing and difficult to operate. Some instructions available nearby would be helpful.
