The property was clean. It was in a good location.
The breakfast was good. The property is modern. My only complaints.
The beds were a little rough.
They have a pullout bed, but there was no bedding available so when I called the front desk, they told me I had to come pick it up myself.
When we got there to check in, they did not greet us at all. They just stared at us, which prompted me to say I’m here to check in. They were not friendly at all at the front desk.
Breakfast was really good and it looked good and smelled amazing and tasted good the kitchen staff was quite but kept the area clean and the food did not run out
Clean shower clean inside cabinets where the dishes are and nNO ROACHES 🪳 ON THE KITCHEN COUNTERS. ROOM 219 Needs a new coach there are stains in the shower an that area where u seat to eat is to low for dining and the cleaners need to wipe that area and the dust on top of the bed post No one wants to see that and pay all that money for a room. AND THE ROOM NEEDS to be fumigated. BUT LET ME SAY I USUALLY LOVE STAYING THERE BUT I GUESS ITS GOING DOWN SOME.
The staff was exceptional, so friendly and supportive. The facilities were well kept, and the free breakfast & networking event was the best experiences while in the Cincinnati area.

The staff was fantastic. The free breakfast is more than one could ask for or imagine. Everyday was fresh and delicious. The assortment was amazing, and it came as a great surprise in comparison to the blah free breakfasts common to the HIE hotels. The laundry machines and dryers were new and free for guest use.
I liked the workout room. However, there was very little room to use the weights or do any floor stretches or workouts. Fine if you only need to use the treadmill, elliptical, or bike.
Wonderful stay
This is a nicely located airport. There are some nice amenities the front office staff was very pleasant. Now the actual rooms are old and dated I knew it was going to be problems when I seen the cards that stated light house keeping Mon-Thur, Fri complete clean Sat and Sun by request only. There was some form of crust on the toilet we cleaned with Clorox wipes and one of the hand towels had a spot of blood on it. The real fun began at 1030 at night when it was time for bed one family member saw a roach crawling on the wall. Killed it took it to the front desk, spoke with someone about changing rooms and a refund. Came back to the room roach on the counter roach on the refrigerator. I wonder what would happen if we moved the fridge. Had to leave and find new lodging at 1145p. One hotel with 1 room open 22 minutes away. I believe they knew that room was infested and only kept it open because the hotel was at capacity terrible time.
Very comfortable stay!!
Very clean and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only trouble we had was the lack of smooth transition from extending our stay. Room was booked for an additional day but lost key card access and had to have room cards reactivated
The room was very spacious and clean, almost like a small loft or apartment sort of lol .I especially loved the kitchen and the shower head adjustment.
The toilet was slow to flush and we were charged an additional $100 for holding our room when we had already reserved for two nights .
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Many families and couples staying for extended periods of time so there were people who were maybe a little too comfortable in the common areas. Can’t say enough about how nice the people who work there are though.
Was only there for an overnight business trip
Accommodations were excellent and room layout quite functional. Check-in and checkout were not the smoothest but in the end no issues. Recommend staying there if you are in the area!
