Las habitaciones renovadas quedaron muy lindas

Cons:

No tienen calefacción, los cobertores que tienen son muy delgaditos y no son suficientes, hace mucho frío en la zona y no había agua caliente en la regadera, en recepción me dijeron que dejara correr el agua 10 minutos (el desperdicio de agua limpia)

Un hotel con diversas oportunidades de mejora
Pros:

Las camas son confortables, los colchones y almohadas excelentes

Cons:

Ofertan alberca climatizada, estaba fría y aunque se les dijo en dos ocasiones, decían que en 20 min se calentaba. Después de una hora seguía igual .

Las toallas bastante desgastadas, rotas y en mal estado aunque sí limpias.

El teléfono de la habitación no servía, el baño tenía deficiencias, en el whaps del hotel jamas te atendían, los contactos de la habitación tenían poca energía para cargar un celular, únicamente funcionaba el del baño, tardaron una hora en mandar a un mesero a la alberca para tomarnos la orden.

Renté una junior suite con cocineta, no te proporcionan ni un plato, mucho menos un sartén ni jabón para lavar los trastes. TODO LO DEBE UNO DE TRAER

Todo el personal es amable y agradable, con buena actitud.

Recomendable. Volvería. Un poco arriba el precio pero aceptable.
Pros:

Desayuno bien, cumple con necesidad, falta algo sobresaliente.

Cons:

El Bar... no funcionaba el televisor y no había quién atendiera. El desayuno... no está mal, pero no me detona algo sobresaliente. La temperatura al servir puede mejorar. En el último aseo de habitación... se llevaron las toallas usadas y olvidaron dejar toallas limpias (sin toallas ni para manos).
