La habitación presentaba mal olor a humedad y no se encontraba en condiciones adecuadas de limpieza. Además, la actitud del personal fue incómoda, ya que parecían estar constantemente vigilando a los huéspedes y su comportamiento no fue profesional. The room had a strong musty odor and was not in proper clean condition. Additionally, the staff’s attitude was uncomfortable, as they seemed to constantly watch guests and their behavior was not professional. This experience made the stay unpleasant

The owner was extremely polite. He made my son smile. He seemed very personable.

Cons:

The hot tub wasn't working and we were stuff in the parking lot due to the last big snowfall. I couldn't even get to my vehicle.

In the infamous words of the "Terminator," ... "I'll be back."
Pros:

Never got a chance to enjoy the breakfast because I was busy enjoying the heck out of my in-room hot tub the night before. Perfect way to end my day but I ended up running late for work in the morning. I loved it, hahaha!

The price was good. The staff was polite!

Cons:

The water in the shower was reversed, cold as hot/ hot as cold. The shower head itself needs some SERIOUS attention, it sprays everywhere but the head. Water pressure was pathetic!
Breakfast was one of the worst I've had in a few years, but again, for less than $70 a night, it wasn't surprising.

Cons:

The lady at the front desk had no clue what she was doing. Couldn’t understand that it was already paid online. Couldn’t check me in because you kept trying to run my debit card for something that I already had receipts for that says it’s paid couldn’t get the room I booked because the door was broke I was told. I had to wait two hours for the boss to get there if I wanted to check in. I went and got a different hotel went back a couple hours later to cancel the room and ask about a refund and they told me I needed to contactbooking.com but then told you that I was a no-show.

Cons:

Bed bugs very dirty woke up missing skin on my legs my wife woke up with bites on her arm and swollen. No one at desk in the morning. The room was in middle of being painting it should not have been rented out in that condition.
