Our stay was nice. A wonderful trip
Pros:

It was convenient to all the attractions. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. You had 24 hour to the coffee bar.

Cons:

The bathroom is small not enough counter space The hallways and doors need to be painted badly. Some updates could be done

Great location
Pros:

Great location to so much fun. The Haygoods show was fantastic. Good choices for breakfast. The coffee was so good. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very clean, fresh towels daily as well as the garbage taken.

Cons:

Liked our stay very much.

Pros:

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our room had an odd smell. The tile floors needed to be cleaned throughout the entire place. The pool could use some attention. Water in the pool seemed well maintained but there were some big stains or discoloration in the bottom of pool.

We had a great experience, would recommend to others and will return whenever in town again!
Pros:

Excellent staff, centrally located, updated, rooms were very clean; the breakfast bar was very well maintained and plentiful.

Cons:

There was only a couple of minor problems with the room that when brought to the attention of the front desk were immediately corrected, e.g. cable needed to be reset and a slow draining toilet. The maintenance man immediately fixed both and checked in to ensure all was still working in order.

It was fair. A lot of hot items were somewhat cold.

Cons:

Cleanliness. There was an offensive smell to the room and hotel. Shower was not fully cleaned. Staff at the front desk when trying to check in early was rude about situation. A room promised was not available then they made it happen at very last minute after I agreed to another room. Overall unpleasant experience. Will not stay there again mainly due to smell and condition of room.

We were treated with respect and courtesy like I said we had to check out early due to medical reasons
Pros:

We could only stay one night and everything was fine and excellent at the hotel but we can’t we scheduled for three nights, but we could only stay one night so we need our other two nights money refunded back to the card that would be very nice and very business like to return the money for the two nights that we could not stay due to medical reasons

Perfect stay for our short family trip!
Pros:

The room was very clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was Amazing!! One of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel. 10/10 would recommend

Cons:

The pool had lots of floaties. Not a huge deal but a little gross at times.
