Nice hotel and good location. Bathrooms are very small. Price is a little higher than the norm.
Pros:

Location nice, hotel clean, and friendly staff. We only stayed one night as we were staying in condo for vacation.

Good stay, reliable holiday inn express
Pros:

It was clean, the desk staff. It was very nice.
Hey text system worked well and I had a positive interaction, giving feedback there and feeling like I had a good mixture of interacting with AI and real staff. The breakfast was good as expected. The cinnamon rolls being fantastic as usual. My wife liked the layout and the view add. Many rooms have a small balcony, which was nice. The water pressure was good and the water was hot. The room's cooled well.

Cons:

I know it's Branson but the price seemed pretty high to me.
The breakfast meats left something to be desired. Sausage links or Turkey Sausage patties, were the options and I would prefer to have real bacon, or real sausage and I'm not a fan of links. The eggs were average. Breakfast staff were not rude. But they were very neutral, did not seem to be customer oriented and one time two of them were standing talking right in the way, oblivious. The parking situation was not reviewed at check and and when we returned that evening, it was not obvious where we should park as the front lot was full. And the other options are behind the building. With quite a hike and hill? The room seemed small. It was a 2 Queen room. There was a desk and desk, chair. And a little footstool, you could sit on one, but no other sitting options besides that hard bench that they've designed, where you can't lay on it. But what that did is make it uncomfortable to even sit on but I think maybe it's designed for luggage, when I'm in the room, I don't want to always be laying down. The beds are too high to comfortably. Sit on the beds plus your unsupported. And you can't relax There were 3 towels in our room for 3 guests that we had registered. I was the last to shower and my towel seemed damp throughout, not as if the sink leaked or something(stored under the sink). But as if it was never dried, completely to begin with.
