Won't stay there again.
Pros:

The kitchenette was nice to have. Kitchenette seemed to be cleaned.

Cons:

Room was very worn. Carpet was worn down to concrete, bed was not comfortable, to soft. Room smelled musky.

Nice alternative to other hotels in the area. Recommend.

Evening check in staff (Jasmine) is super nice and helpful. Wish all were like her.

Cons:

Morning staff had Fox News on the flat screen constantly in the entryway. I prefer my hotels without regime propaganda.

Great! I'll be back as long as it is well maintained and affordable. Thank.
Pros:

This is my home away from home when I am in Tyler. It is safe, clean, quiet, convenient, lots of restaurants in walking distance. The linens are clean, white and fluffy. The bed is comfortable. the water is hot. the ac is cool and the tv works correctly.

Cons:

I didn't have a towel bar or a hook in my room 410.

The Hotel Needs A LOT OF UPDATE

Staff was very welcoming.

Cons:

Hotel Needs To Be Updated. The Carpet In The Room Was Dirty, The Bathtub Needed To Be Resurfaced. The Bathroom Drawer Handles Are Rusted, Plumbing In Bathroom Is Bad.
