Location
Upon entering the side door to take steps up to room the facility smelt strongly of dog urine. The urine smell took your breath and burnt your nose and throat.. We proceeded to our room where when we entered the room it was found that the floors were not swept nor mopped. I called front desk and was offered another room but I instead ask for a broom to clean where we were because we had already unloaded our things. I took it upon myself to clean the room.. The bed..wow... so uncomfortable.. we slept on a mattress that may have been 6in think and it laid on a metal frame.. so uncomfortable..My granddaughter came to visit and feel in the hall either in rain water or dog pee.. there was a report filled out at the front desk about this incident. I ask for a refund and would've been happy to stay elsewhere but it was refused. The people at this location started that they had 83 rooms i believe and 75 were rented long term to people with 2 and 3 dogs.. I started i can not believe they allow the filth like that and still rent rooms to public..
Cleanliness and pet friendly.
Several people seemed to be living there full time. Many smokers just outside front entrance. One person went in and out of entrance without shoes on their feet. A school bus picks children up at the entrance.
It was a cheap
Very dirty and uncomfortable
Location distance to stores and food
The property wasn’t clean, there were bed bugs and roaches found in short time on premises. The property smelt like sewage and fog all through the hotel. The staff was not very accommodating
Nothing.
Very rude person at the counter and I couldn't understand him. The room was dirty, the hallway was dirty, the elevator was dirty. The bathroom was awful. It had a horrible dirty ring around the toilet at the floor. The towels were yellow. YELLOW!! Never have I stayed somewhere that the towels were yellow and gross. Luckily the bed wasn't dirty. There was a ton of dust on the floor and the air unit. The real cherry on the cake was the signs everywhere that you had to remove your own garbage. REALLY?? That's a first. The outside is nothing like you see in the pictures. The building is run down and the gutters were hanging and broke. The lobby was a joke, as there isn't one. There are no USB slots in the room in case you wanted to charge your phone. And most of all, I booked the wrong dates turned around and cancelled and 14 days later I am waiting for my refund from this facility and they will not answer my messages or anything. The dates I originally booked were in May (because I forgot to change them from an earlier search) and it cost $590 for two rooms for one night. When I rebooked for the February dates it was a little over $150. After seeing the place, I would have felt really stupid to pay that much in May for these rooms. I was ready to let my $150 go and go somewhere else but my husband said no.
