Genieten!
Pros:

De bedden waren erg goed. Iedereen heeft heerlijk geslapen en we zijn vriendelijk geholpen door de dame achter de bali, heel fijn dat er 24uur services was zodat we na het festival meteen naar onze kamers konden. Het heeft een goeie ligging maar tegelijk heb je geen last van de stads geluiden.

Cons:

Het was jammer dat we in het hotel verbleven maar wel de parkeergarage moesten betalen. Maar dit is iets heel kleins

Goed om de stad te verkennen.
Pros:

De ligging.

Cons:

Je moet een herbruikbaar waterflesje kopen om te kunnen vullen. Voor die prijs moet er eigenlijk water op de kamer zijn. Aan de receptie kennen ze geen woordje Nederlands. Altijd raar dat je de thuistaal niet kent..

Absolut angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt für eine vierköpfige Familie

Frühstücksbuffet mit reichhaltiger Auswahl
Glutenfreie Brötchen waren extra abgepackt und separat gestellt.

Cons:

Wasserkocher und dazugehörige Tassen etc.
Waren etwas staubig.

Die Mini Bar haben wir einmal durchgewischt

er lag nog haar in de badkamer! Geen gasvrije oplossing voor het feit dat ik per ongeluk 2 boekingen maakte op dezelfde periode.

Slechte hygiëne, matige schoonmaak

De receptiemedewerkers waren erg vriendelijk en de locatie is fijn.

Cons:

Helaas viel ons verblijf tegen vanwege de slechte hygiëne. De badkamer was verouderd en er zat schimmel op verschillende plekken. Ook was de badkamervloer niet schoon, de vloer in de kamer leek niet gestofzuigd en de lichtknoppen waren erg vies.

Dat is erg jammer, want de receptiemedewerkers waren juist vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas laat de schoonmaak duidelijk te wensen over. Ook het ontbijt was teleurstellend; tot overmaat van ramp zat er een haar in mijn ei.

Ik hoop dat het hotel de hygiëne en schoonmaak serieus neemt, want daar valt veel winst te behalen.

Zimmer war nicht sauber - ansonsten war es gut!

Zimmer war schlecht geputz - z.B. lagen Haare im Bad und im WC, Toilette war dreckig, Krümmel auf dem Sofa etc.
