De ligging en het ontbijt.

Cons:

Verouderde kamer. Alsook een 2de bed opgedekt ipv zetel. Geen afstandsbediening voor de tv. Vlekken op het dekbed en zowel de matrastopping als het dekbed waren aan vernieuwing toe, de vulling was in hoopjes geklit.

Hôtel parfait pour un séjour dans le centre
Pros:

Les jeux pour enfants dans le hall, la chambre préparée comme demandé avec un lit pour enfant. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est satisfaisait. Le personnel est sympatique. Localisation idéale pour séjourner dans le centre. Le parking (Q-park Lamot) se trouve juste en dessous de l'hôtel.

High cleanliness standards at a reasonable price, let down by unsafe/illegal Face to Face staffing levels.
Pros:

Property was in good condition. Rooms were functional and very well maintained by cleaning staff. Plenty of local restaurants in walking distance and access to Brussels by train.

Lovely hotel located in a nice spot
Pros:

The hotel is near the heart of the market square, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby for a bite to eat. It was spotless and well-kept, and there was even a play area for the children in the lobby. The room was lovely and roomy, complete with a fridge, ironing board and iron, plus a wardrobe with plenty of space. Some of our fellow travellers also took advantage of the gym and said it had a steam room.

Cons:

The bar didn’t quite live up to our expectations. We arrived around ten o’clock, and the group we were with wanted to have another drink before heading to bed for the night. When we got to the bar, another couple was already there with no drinks in front of them. They mentioned that the girl had told them they could get drinks in about two minutes, but they said that was 10-15 minutes ago. We also asked the reception and waited another twenty minutes before someone finally showed up to serve us, and the couple was already waiting. The hotel was lovely, but this part of the trip was a bit of a letdown.

Leuke locatie. Ontbijt (ruimte) verbeteren. Warmere sfeer geeft een grote meerwaarde.

De jonge dame die ons zittend vanaf haar stoel zondagmorgen toeriep en de kamernummer vroeg !
Het ontbijt was zeer basic en niet echt verzorgd. De ontbijtruimte was kil en heel ongezellig.
