Fijn verblijf gehad!
Pros:

Midden in het centrum en fijne kamer met airco

Cons:

Vorige keer stond er water in de koelkast. Nu niet. Het water was beneden bij de receptie ook uitverkocht. Er werd gezegd een beker te nemen en bij de kraan te vullen. Dat vind ik voor zo’n hotel echt slecht

Top locatie. Een goede I maar het puntje op de ontbraken net.

Toen we aankwamen stond een normaal bed opgemaakt terwijl we wel hadden gemeld dat we met een baby aankwamen.

Goede locatie maar ontgoocheld in de service.
Cons:

Geen Nederlandstalige receptie.
Klein bed voor een executive kamer.
Handdoek voor 1 persoon terwijl we met 2 waren.
Geen water op de kamer, zelfs niet om koffie te maken.

Prima hotel op loopafstand van het centrum voor een weekendje Mechelen
Pros:

Ruime kamer, schoon, prima ontbijtbuffet, op loopafstand van het centrum, huisdiervriendelijk, betaald parkeren onder het hotel.

Cons:

Kleine ontbijtzaal en te weinig personeel als er veel gasten zijn en daardoor wachten op een vrije tafel. Ontvangst was niet heel vriendelijk.

Prima hotel dat pal in het centrum van Mechelen ligt. Heel praktisch is de ondergrondse parking, wel te betalen. Ontbijt verzorgd en voldoende.

Todo! Ubicación excelente, las instalaciones muy buenas, y el staff es maravilloso. Desde la recepción, mucha amabilidad. La cena en la noche deliciosa, además, la chef fue quien nos atendió personalmente y es excelente persona. El desayuno también muy bueno y variado.

¡Everything! Excellent location, very good facilities, and the staff is wonderful. From the reception onwards, everyone was very friendly. Dinner at night was delicious, and the chef personally attended to us, she is an excellent person. Breakfast was also very good and varied.

В центре города но без парковки

Отель в центре города очень много мест рядом , куда сходить очень милый городок чисто . Все рядом и супер маркет

Merkwürgige Umbuchung
Pros:

Kann ich leider nichts zu sagen.

Cons:

Wurden auf ein günstiges Hotel umgebucht was angeblich Gleiwertigkeit ist da ein Buchungsfehler aufgetreten sein soll. Weder Kategorie noch Zimmergröße, Lage usw waren annähernd wie gebucht.
Besonders bedenklich ist, das unser nicht vorhandenes Zimmer kurz darauf bei Booking für einen höheren Preis erstaunlicherweise wieder Buchbar war.
Das hat einen Faden Geschmack!

Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt en nette kamer

Cons:

Personeel aan balie sprak enkel Engels. Spijtig want we zijn toch in België. De matras had zijn beste tijd gehad. Niet goed geslapen
