My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and we had an amazing time! We were given complimentary drinks and offered early check-in, which was great after a travel day. The hotel was able to upgrade our room to one of their suites, which was a very spacious room with a balcony and an amazing view overlooking the ocean. The staff was very friendly and communicative, the included breakfast was amazing, and the porter service taking our bags from the hotel to the funicular was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Highly recommend!

Unexceptional.
Not accessible by car. I had underestimated the 10 minute walk in the extreme heat.
Had requested twin room. Given a double which necessitated having a drawn down sofa bed in the room for the duration of the stay.
The restaurant staff were delightful. The reception staff less so. I don’t like being asked to pay when i have already paid. Shows incompetence and poor PR
An absolutely wonderful experience that exceeded all our expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location, perfect for enjoying the area while having everything you need close by.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel special from the very first moment. We were also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful room with breathtaking sea views and a private jacuzzi, which made our stay even more unforgettable.
