Have been in better hotels in Capri
Pros:

Unexceptional.

Cons:

Not accessible by car. I had underestimated the 10 minute walk in the extreme heat.

Had requested twin room. Given a double which necessitated having a drawn down sofa bed in the room for the duration of the stay.

The restaurant staff were delightful. The reception staff less so. I don’t like being asked to pay when i have already paid. Shows incompetence and poor PR

An absolutely wonderful experience that exceeded all our expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location, perfect for enjoying the area while having everything you need close by.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel special from the very first moment. We were also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful room with breathtaking sea views and a private jacuzzi, which made our stay even more unforgettable.

A Capri gem
Pros:

A fantastic place for a Capri visit. Lovely hotel and marvellously friendly staff. Located a few minutes stroll from the buzzing centre of Capri. Great views from the veranda for breakfast or evening drinks.

Un lugar soñado , mucha tranquilidad y buenas vistas.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación , muy lindo decorada la zona del restaurante. El personal muy amable. La pileta muy linda y tiene un bar con buenas ensaladas. La decoración y muebles de las habitaciones no son tan lindos pero las camas y almohadas eran cómodas . Y todo muy limpio .

Cons:

Que en la recepción cuando llegamos había solo dos chicas y ninguna hablaba inglés ni español . Solo hablaban italiano , al día siguiente había más personal y por suerte uno si hablaba inglés

I wouldnt stay because of location but apart from that it was perfect
