Pros:

The location was wonderful-- walking distance to many things in the Old Port. Staff were friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Pool was dirty. Went when it opened at 6 and there was a wad of hair and things floating. Couldn’t even go on.

Hotel provided a fabulous stay for us.
Pros:

Hotel was right near our favorite bakery which is why we picked this hotel in the first place. The room was very spacious and it had a great chair for me to read in at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

While this is not under the hotels control, the weather could have been better. As well as the walking conditions since there is still a great deal of dirty snow to negotiate.

Disappointing from the standpoint of what I expect for paying $500 per night.
Pros:

The offerings were average in quality and very expensive.

Cons:

At $500 per night, I expect the plumbing in the room to work. The sink drain was so slow, I had to shave in the shower and it took more time than usual to even brush my teeth.
