Great for location but overpriced .

Cons:

Cost over $600 night plus $80 parking was a bit steep for 2 nights , hotel room nothing spectacular on 6 th floor . Breakfast not even continental for that cost .

Made us feel special, comfortable accommodations in a great area
Pros:

We lost childcare last minute and when I called to update the reservation to include our child, they offered a roll bed and asked if we needed or wanted anything to make our stay better and I couldn’t think of anything. When we got into our room, they had beautiful folded towels in the shape of swans, a huge goodie bag and a nice hand written card wishing us a good stay despite our plans changing. It was very sweet and we felt very special!

Cons:

The hot tub wasn’t working. That’s one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

Pros:

Trés bon hotel, super bien placé. Trés propre, le personnel du restaurant au petit dej est trés agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues.

Très bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits sont confortables (même le lit d'appoint !).

Not with the money
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and fresh. The service staff in the dining room was very friendly.
The location for walking was really good.

Cons:

The flip side of location- A LOT OF HOMELESS living in the park across the street. That was my view in the morning as they all sleep there and conjugate there. The city should do better to help these people.
The carpets were gross. Very dirty every where. Common areas elevators room.
The mattress extremely uncomfortable. The sheets and comforter were put on backwards so all the tags were in our face while sleeping.
Not to mention we were right by the elevator will all the noise. They did give us free parking to make up for the continuous noise disturbance.
The front desk staff were not warm and genuinely friendly.
Prices are WAY too high for all these issues.

I would not recommend this hotel.
