Hotel provided a fabulous stay for us.
Pros:

Hotel was right near our favorite bakery which is why we picked this hotel in the first place. The room was very spacious and it had a great chair for me to read in at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

While this is not under the hotels control, the weather could have been better. As well as the walking conditions since there is still a great deal of dirty snow to negotiate.

Disappointing from the standpoint of what I expect for paying $500 per night.
Pros:

The offerings were average in quality and very expensive.

Cons:

At $500 per night, I expect the plumbing in the room to work. The sink drain was so slow, I had to shave in the shower and it took more time than usual to even brush my teeth.

We had a lovely mother daughter weekend. Off season there is still plenty to do -
Pros:

Spacious room with comfortable beds. Waterfront view. Walking distance from everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

No complaints. The Keurig pot wasn’t working but I made tea in the microwave. Less plastic waste all around.

Perfect location and stay!
Pros:

We stayed here for the first time the weekend after Thanksgiving. The Hilton Garden Inn Waterfront was the perfect location for our visit. We could walk everywhere, which is actually what I love about the size of Portland. The valet parking was a great service and a value. The staff was pleasant. We had a suite and a king room, both clean and comfortable. The suite was large and well-appointed, with a lovely sitting area and a huge table for eating and playing games. The indoor hot tub was nice, and there were cookies, coffee, and cider offered in the lobby at different times. We will stay here again. Loved it!

un relais très ordinaire. Personnel pas au courant des activités du nouvel an.
Pros:

piscine et spa aux bonnes temperatures.

Cons:

Le restaurant plein, serveuse peu courtoise alors qu'on avait indiqué qu'on mangerait sur place. Ils ont accommodé après insistance de ma part.
