Staff were all wonderful, everything was nice and clean and would definitely stay again.

Pay for parking hold
Pros:

Location, staff at valet parking, room location.

Cons:

Charges for stay hold of 50 nite for parking/charges. There is no other option for parking so why charge so much. I've parked in other cities in Maine and Boston and was only charged 30 nite. Inflation is outrageous when you already own the space.

Pros:

The room was a good size and overall comfortable. The location is great, really easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The valet attendants were always very courteous and efficient, excellent service!

Cons:

There was one receptionist who was quite rude to us when we asked a question about something, which was unfortunate. The bathroom in the room was a bit outdated, and there was a ring of mildew around the sink which was not pleasant.

Deception. Unreasonable charges for parking and breakfast. The staff not nice! We were on a road trip to 6 states. We stayed at Hampton Inn in four states. Your marketing was deceiving. You advertised $10 for parking but charged $40. Needless to say next time I will stay at Hampton inn less than a block away.

Even if you read the small print…..
Pros:

A lot of deceiving advertisements. Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: the say “approximately USD 9.95 to 18.90 for adults,” but it was actually $32 and they say, “self parking fee: USD 10 per night”. No self parking and it is $40 per night por valet parking. Coffee is horrible. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn less than a block away, free parking, free breakfast, much nicer place and you will save $100 a night.
