Para 2 noches estuvo bien. Para uno quedarse más tiempo tendrían que mejorar algunos aspectos.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, etc. Gracias por el plato de frutas que nos dejaron de regalo para nuestro aniversario.

Cons:

El desayuno. El mismo revuelto de huevos sin nada. MUY IMPORTANTE: Si dicen que el desayuno es hasta las 10 a.m. entonces debe haber desayuno hasta esa hora. No es posible que un huésped, más si es un adulto mayor, llegue a las 10:45 a.m. y le digan que solo hay huevo revuelto y pan porque el resto del desayuno se acabó. El personal no está atento a las necesidades, solo la señora que recoge los platos y limpia las mesas es atenta. Es la única que trabaja y está pendiente de todo y lo hace solita. Hay dos, un muchacho y una muchacha que sólo hablar entre ellos y ver sus celulares se pasan. No sé para qué les paga el hotel, pero si es para supervisar el área, comida, ver qué falta, y mantener orden en el restaurante, NO lo están haciendo. Sugerencia: Un "Buenos días" y una sonrisa no vendría mal. Gracias.
Aparte: Favor de mantener la piscina más limpia. Sabemos que existen insectos, pero una pasadita con una red al agua de vez en cuando puede favorecer.

Las habitaciones NO se le sentía el aire,por más que fueron dos técnicos por gusto NO se sentia ,demasiado viejos esos aires,en el área del desayuno TAMPOCO se sentía el aire,NO tenían agua en las habitaciones,las recepcionistas se le hacían preguntas y NO sabían que responder o te decían debías comprar agua y en el restaurante de la piscina si dieron jarra con hielo y agua,los canales NO salían se veía horrible,en el desayuno el cocinero al parecer era vegetariano NO había variedad y demasiadas legumbres también estaba frío el desayuno,NO tan caliente el café y los jugos NO tan fríos y no muy bueno el sabor
Deben arreglar los aires para todo el hotel uno camina en el mismo hotel NO se siente,y hacer como otros hoteles jarra de agua en las habitaciones uno se muere de sed
NO había toallas en la piscina,nadie que te atendiera si querías pedir algo
Poquito papel en el servicio
La bañera no tenía el tapón para utilizarla y no ponen jabón para bañarte
