Excellent location and staff, but very poor facilities.
Pros:

I liked the location and the breakfast and the staff was exceptional.

Cons:

The facilities were very run down, the room was very musty due to the carpets which made breathing and sleeping difficult. We also had a leakage in the bathroom and a malfunctioning shower, for which the staff was very gracious in offering us a new room. However the smell in the rooms were difficult to manage, if not for an air freshener we wouldn’t have slept any of the two nights. The elevators were also dangerous as the doors closed even while we were going in.

Mi peor viaje

Lo único bueno era la ubicación del hotel. El servio de habitaciones de la camarera del 5 piso muy bueno . Y la chica de la cafetería y la parte de la piscina también muy amable y servicial . Gracias

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no enfría en ningún lugar del hotel ni lobby ni restaurante ni habitación en todos lados mucha calor. El gym se le caían los pedazos del techo. No hay nevera en las habitaciones no hay microondas no hay secador de pelo. Recomiendo que hablen con las cameras y ellas le ayudarán a resolver un ventilador o algo que necesiten . Oh y me faltaron las cucarachitas.

Pésima atención, nunca solucionaron nuestra petición que ya estaba solicitada en booking con la excusa de que no tenían sistema, a las 12 de la noche, buscar otro hotel a esa hora.

Good location at a good price

Cons:

The shower needed maintenance to come to get it working, the tub was old, worn and uniting and the water temperature was, at best, tepid in the shower. The room assigned was not the room reserved and they charged for a breakfast that was supposed to be included.

No es el mejor hotel, pero la atención es excelente !
Pros:

La atención del personal, en su mayoría excelente servicio y atención, nos ayudaron en todos nuestros requerimientos e inconvenientes con lo que se presentaba en la habitación, la ubicación excelente, el desayuno no es amplio y variado pero es bueno, la vista es mundial !!

- las instalaciones y habitaciones viejas y descuidadas,
- un olor a humedad en todos los pisos, con un ambientador que no ayuda en nada.
- las habitaciones viejas y con colchones viejos, ya necesitan renovación
- no todos tienen refrigerador en las habitaciones
- los ascensores están pegados con cinta pegante y no funcionan muy bien
- los aires acondicionados viejos y no enfrían bien para el calor de panama

Y algo muy curioso, pagas el desayuno de antemano con la habitación, pero no lo puedes llevar a la habitación, tubimos una situación de salud que no le permitió a mi papa apersonarse al comedor para desayunar y al solicitarlo, explicando la situacion, no nos permitían mas que llévale alimentos fríos por cuestiones de riesgo de contaminación, sin embargo si pides servicio a la habitación si te llevan alimentos calientes.
