NOT A 4 STARS HOTEL!!!!
Pros:

The stuff was nice

Cons:

I DO NOT recommend staying in this hotel:
- The hotel has a problem with humidities, so the room is super humid. It is really uncomfortable to stay in such conditions, our clothes smelled bad after 3 days there, and the bed was sticky. Plus is a hazard for your lungs to stay for long there.
- we did not have hot water, a guy came to “fix it” and apparently you need to let the water run for 35 mins to maybe get it warm.
- The bed is not comfortable and the sheets were gross.
- We had a towel for the shower but thats it, nothing for your hands or face.
- No towels for the pool, which was really dirty, dont swim there. It was full of ash, i dont know why.
- everything was filthy, the glass doors you could see so much dirt that it was disgusting.
- the whole place is just falling apart, looks like a hotel from the 60s but worse
- The door did not even close
- there were so many noises, even construction work so we could barely rest
- you COULD NOT change the temperature of the room so either warm or freeze!
- the carpet was really really gross

Im sorry to be writing a review like this but I believe people should know so they don’t stay here.

Pros:

L'emplacement, la grandeur des chambres.
Le petit déjeuner est bon.
Le parking est un bon avantage.
Le rapport qualité prix est bon.

Cons:

Notre chambre sentait fort l'humidité et beaucoup de cafard dans la salle de bain.

Cela vas avec le prix mais besoin un peu plus d attention. Ex lampes mal fixés au bureau. Fonds du bain.a refaire . Pas de frigo

La habitación cómoda y la comida general buena.

Cons:

Al retirarme se nos quedaron algunas cosas y escribimos para avisar el mismo día a lo que nos dijeron que iban averiguar, luego no respondieron y me acerqué directamente al hotel y me dicen que el personal de limpieza y la camarera dijeron que no había nada, pero claramente si se nos quedaron en la habitación. El área social la piscina muy regular y el gimnasio falta de mantenimiento y máquinas muy antiguas.

Pros:

El personal de recepción con excelente disposición. Buena ubicación

Cons:

Las instalaciones antiguas, deterioradas y con mala mantención. Incluso hubo dificultades para tener agua caliente en la habitación en un 5 piso.
Las habitaciones no estaban bien aseadas, y se observó mala disposición del personal de aseo.

Podrían mejorar el tema de limpieza y mantenimiento de habitaciones, nuestras sábanas tenían unas manchas negras y había olor a humedad
