Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly as well!
The hotel was newer and we liked the room.
We were there for a week. The elevator was down and had been out of service for a month. Luckily we are healthy and able to take the stairs; the staff helped us move up to our room when we arrived. However, we never received housekeeping; no clean bedding or towels, tables wiped clean, vacuuming, etc…. We had to pick up fresh towels and toilet paper from the night clerk (elevator wasn’t working yet) after the third day no housekeeping yet, I collected towels and clean sheets and changed the bedding myself and we cleaned out the trash and replaced the liners! Someone stopped by our room the next day while we were out to collect our wet towels and trash but did nothing else! The elevator was fixed by the second to last day. Didn’t really matter. Seriously, do better!!
DO NOT stay here if you are sensitive to smells at all!
I attempted to stay here for one night but was unable to due to the strong air freshener smell in the room.
Check in was smooth and the staff working there are very polite. They didn’t have any welcome water (changing brands I guess) but the hotel does have a refill station.
The room looked nice, and seemed clean. I did not even try the bed so no comments on comfort. The overwhelming smell was so bad that it gave me a headache immediately after entering the room so I couldn’t stay. Staff working the front desk stated this spray is used in every room after cleaning so moving rooms wasn’t going to help.
Unfortunately due to the smell I just couldn’t stay and they were very understanding and refunded me for the night.
Also the elevator is broken and from reviews it seems it has been broken for over a month, so not really sure why management doesn’t get it fixed. The front desk staff did offer to help me with my bags, which was a nice offer.
They really should discontinue using anything with strong smells as a lot of people are sensitive to them!

Upon arrival the staff informed me that the elevators were not working and the only room they had was on the 3rd floor. I was unable to accept that room as my 77 year old mother cannot climb stairs. The hotel was unwilling to accomodate my family with a room and or rooms of the same price and size on the main floor. I have stayed at this location multiple times over the years and was always treated well. But after this incident I will not be returning!
Breakfast and location were very good. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful as they were keenly aware of the issue of not having a working elevator. Housekeeping went above and beyond, lots of steps with large loads going both ways.
Big problem for two elderly people with physical challenges and the elevator being out of order during our entire visit. Especially with getting our luggage, cooler, etc. up to our room and then back down to our vehicle.
Easy to find
The staff was rude they automatically turn your key off in the morning so if u go to get breakfast you have to go and get the key turned back on also the elevator didn’t work had to carry everything up the stairs the concierge was rude. Was not worth the money spent

They gave us a room that the Bathroom was not cleaned properly you don’t expect to try the toilet clogged up and gums stuck on the floor unacceptable the elevator broke our keys quit working and had to walk stairs I’m 60% handicap on a cane
Location was a bit odd because you had to drive behind a shopping center to get to the hotel.
