Pros:

Per dormire una notte, ok. Ma non vi aspettate granché. Colazione buona, personale cordiale.

Cons:

Struttura vecchia e fatiscente, molto basica. Non era un posto “sicuro”: ha iniziato a colare l’acqua del climatizzatore dal Soffitto sul quadro elettrico. Le prese avevano i fili scoperti. Moquette sporca. Le tende oscuranti non sono presenti e nemmeno quelle bianche potevano coprire l’intera finestra. Alle 5 del mattino ci siamo svegliati perché c’era troppa luce.

Posizione a pochi passi dal centro e parcheggio coperto

Cons:

Climatizzatore non funzionante , camere strette , piccola finestra , ma poca areazione , doccia con tenda , letto poco comodo

Do not stay at Hotel Forum
Cons:

The room and wider hotel needs updating. The ventilation system (air con) was under repair but the staff failed to alert us to this fact at check in. The room smelt of mold and the bathroom was covered in it. The flooring in the bedroom had voids where the laminate floor boards have moved.

The staff bought a fan and changed our room after we complained, but it was still very uncomfortable.

We abandoned our three night stay after one night and went to another hotel.

Établissement facile à trouver . Calme

Cons:

Moquette très usée avec de nombreuses tâches, mérite une grande rénovation. Porte de douche pas pratique et pas de douchette à disposition.

Soggiorno Hotel Forum maggio 2026

Posizione centrale della città , parcheggio coperto .

Cons:

Camera piccola , condizionatore non riusciva a rinfrescare la camera , anche mettendolo al massimo della velocità della ventola e ad una temperatura bassa , e nn siamo ancora in estate , siamo a maggio . Il bagno è un po’ arrangiato , necessita di una ristrutturazione . Ho dormito male sudando , ho raccontato del problema , volevo rimanere un, altro giorno e hanno anche aumentato la tariffa giornaliera.
Bene e grazie , magari la prossima volta mettetevi nei panni del cliente . Ci ritorneresti ? Ni solo a primavera e autunno .

Arrived latish. Not a problem. Easy to get something to eat. Great hotel
Pros:

Peter on reception was brilliant welcome.
On site restaurant or plenty of local recommendations. Breakfast from 6 am was best hotel timing yet. Meant could get on road early. Easy parking on site with elevator going down to garage area

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

buffet Colazione nello standard

Cons:

Camere soffocanti e maleodoranti, bagni inadeguati e senza ventilazione né finestre, illuminazione scarsa con lampade fulminate, mancanza di un comodino e una abatjour per una camera matrimoniale, assenza di uno specchio, balconi sporchi senza sedie....
Un albergo tre stelle che a Rimini farebbe fatica ad ottenerne una!!!
