Il personale che gestisce l'hotel è molto educato e disponibile, anche simpatico e attento ai bambini. La cameriera della colazione molto gentile. Complimenti, ci sapete fare con i clienti! Colazione buona e abbondante.

Cons:

Bagno e camera così così. Bagno vecchio. Le prese della camera da letto venivano via dal muro. Un pò pericoloso. La porta della camera con serratura rotta che da dentro non si poteva chiudere. Ho chiuso un occhio ma magari il prossimo ospite non lo farà. A pochi km da Parma. Il sabato fanno caraoke e discoteca nella pizzeria sotto all'hotel, per cui è difficile dormire bene.

La vicinanza alla Fiera, il ristorante vicino e il personale maschile dell'hotel gentile, disponibile w attento alla clientela, la disponibilità del personale del ristorante

Il personale femminile che non ha passato la prenotazione al ristorante e solo grazie al personale maschile dell'hotel e al personale del ristorante abbiamo potuto mangiare anche se tardi

Pros:

Posizione ottima/ non si sente i treni anche se è molto vicino alla stazione quindi molto silenzioso/ staff cordiale/ camera pulita e collazione abbondante.
