Overall, our stay was pleasant, peaceful and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Pros:

The property is in a well maintained awesome location; accessible to highway/public transportation, grocery store, eateries, activities and gas station within the vicinity.

Cons:

The property is well kept with the exception of low water pressure and wasn’t able to utilize the bathtub due to a mechanical issue. It was brought to management attention shortly after check-in and later. We were informed that the engineer would look into it and no one ever showed up.
Also, it would be nice to have a coffee/tea station for guest outside of operational hours of 6am-10am.

Great place if you're cruising. Book way in advance and get better price
Pros:

Everyone was super nice. Local restaurants were 2 blocks away. If you have kids there's a park one block away. The room was very clean. I was cruising and you could see the ship.

Cons:

I was so wanting a bath after traveling. Only had a shower. Nothing negative about a place just personal.

Buen hotel y limpio con buena ubicación para cruceros
Pros:

La ubicación y limpieza del hotel. Pero sobre todo la amabilidad del personal para tratar de solventar nuestros problemas. No pudimos reservar online el "park and cruise" para dejar el coche para irnos de crucero y el personal de recepción nos ayudó y nos lo gestionó para que pudiésemos dejar el coche en el parking. Además comentamos con el servicio de la barra de la cafetería nuestro descontento con el desayuno y al menos nos dio dos vales de $10 cada uno para gastar en hoteles Marriott.

Cons:

El desayuno. Pagué en booking por incluir el desayuno y éste era solo un frigorífico con un par de bebidas frías y unos yogures. Al precio pagado no merece la pena, no tuvimos ni café caliente por la mañana.

A nice newer hotel in a safe and enjoyable location in Baltimore
Pros:

The hotel is neat and clean with nice facilities and we had a comfortable and attractive room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from fun eateries and shops.

Cons:

The parking situation across the street from the hotel is a little odd and inconvenient.

We needed a nice place to stay after being delayed by Jetblue, drove all the way from Raleigh, NC

It was Starbuck's items, they were good

Cons:

Breakfast was Starbuck's items but didn't take Starbuck's rewards, if you are offering Starbuck's items, you should accept the rewards. I will say not all items were available as you would find in a Starbucks
