Overall, very nice

I stayed only one night. I didn’t notice many things. I liked the fact it smell nice everywhere in the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like is that the water in the shower was not hot. It was only just a little warm.

Door was broken, keys always needed replaced. Old inside. Run down. THEY CLOSED PERMMANTLY WHILE WE WERE STAYING THERE. NO NOTICE. NO EMPLOYEES REMAINED. THEY JUST LEFT US HIGH AND DRY WITHOUT NOTICE. What kind pf people do this? Luckily our key worked and we got in our room to get our stuff out.

Enjoy it very much. Everything was great.

Won't be back. Overbearing smell of Pine Sol-like cleaner throughout common areas. One of the beds let out a huge bang when I sat on it and it hung crooked off the frame by more than a foot. We couldn't move it back, way to heavy. Since the hotel is not staffed 24-hrs, I slept at a slant and as motionless as possible.
I prebooked two consecutive Friday nights but just 3 days before the 2nd one, they cancelled my reservation stating the hotel was being rented out. Wouldn't they have already known this when I made the reservation two weeks ago ... ?

This property is no longer an Extended Stay hotel, as we thought when we booked it. There is no sign outside the hotel with any name on it. There was a distinct lack of amenities. No coffee pot in the room, absolutely no utensils or dishes of any kind, it would be impossible to cook in this room. No breakfast was provided, as was stated in the confirmation we received, and minimal free coffee in the morning. No ice machine in the facilities. While it was safe and clean, it just didn't provide the experience you expect when staying at a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel is better than a few years ago when there were lots of long term guests. Hotel itself is clean, but decor is dated. Some of the exterior windows need repair. It’s annoying that I have to request dishes and cutlery. Bed was good and pillows were better than most hotels.

This place is loud and dirty. I discovered hair in the bathroom that was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned. When service was requested, nobody came, and it stayed like that the entire time.

Very clean, nice and helpful staff, nice warm indoor swimming pool, very close to freeway.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The outside viewing and a nice place to sleep and get some rest . Price was affordable for all the amenities they provided .

Staff great rooms great

I have been staying at this hotel for a long time. Checking out every 21days and coming back. I have seen some improvement however the hotel needs to enforce the non-smoking policy and make people smoke in the smoking area only. People are smoking cigarettes and marijuana in their room and all over the outside property and in front of people cars.
This hotel claims to be a non-smoking hotel and we as non-smokers would like to have some sort of good air from the smoke
