Great service at the bar/restaurant but aside from them not a single employee I passed looked at me and smiled

Pros:

Blood on sheets whole hotel smelled like sewage. Staff was too busy talking to each other then helping check us in made us wait until the 3pm check in. Disappointed. Won’t be back. This was our go to hotel. Thank you.

The hotel had bad smell in the hallways and the third floor by the elevators smelled like garbage.
I had to pay for parking.

Location is good. Easy to access. Just opposite street of the Old Town San Deigo..

Cons:

Your portal booking.com was not showing that the parking was chargeable 26$ per night. It would have been nice if it was mentioned too. Then the hotel provides EV charging facility, they dont publicly mentioned that either. It was much slower, (6% in about 2 hours). It would be nice if they can improve it.

A must stay
Pros:

Loved the hotel and the location. Close to sea world and steps away from Old town San Diego. Hotel was clean and updated and staff was exceptional. Would definitely stay again.

First and last time.
Pros:

Not much of nothing. Maybe the bed.

Cons:

Definitely not up to Hilton Standards we are use too. Mislead the surrounding area and Shower was clogged as well as the sink which spewed up black goop when used. Just dirty. We will never go back.

Perfect Getaway
Pros:

The size of the room, convenient location of the hotel and friendly staff. The room and hotel was super nice and may be a new favorite. We easily walked to the train depot or old town from our hotel.

Cons:

It was a little warm since we couldn't control the thermostat but our fault for not asking. The humming of the AC was a bonus though. It helped us sleep.

I have always preferred Hilton for my trips. I like the way Hilton upkeeps the basic amenities.
