I would've given this a 10 out of 10 if it were not for the bed

It was just ok
Pros:

It was clean the front desk crew was nice when we arrived and during departure

Cons:

My daughter room didn’t get clean her heater didn’t work and we paid for parking and only parked one time on the lot when my daughter was discussing with the manager she was giving all kind of excuses and not trying to accommodate the issues but just not wanting to do nothing!!! This was the room where all 4 of my grandchildren stayed I was totally disappointed

My experience sucked and I wish i could get my money back
Cons:

The supervisor who checked us in asked if I wanted room cleaned daily I said yes. It only got cleaned once. And there was a spot of blood 🩸 on bathroom floor and made them aware of the first night. It didn’t get clean until I spoke with another young lady at from desk. Who was completely sweet Monday morning and morning of my check out! She needs to be a manger because everything I asked of her she did it! Also my bathroom door would barely open when i checked in. There is as that one day the cleaned room but left dirty towels in shower smh . Also my room didn’t t have any Heat. I told the lady the first night and nothing was done!!! It sucks to pay what you pay and expectations aren’t met. Plus we paid for parking and there was no parking on sight we had to park on street cause we had a sprinter van . I forgot to mention curtain wouldn’t even open.

Pros:

Hotel was nice and it was close to airport and downtown (driving). Not much activity near the hotel, but Old Town is right there and there are a number of Mexican restaurants across the street. Given the location, I didn't thing the parking fee was necessary.

Cons:

Parking fee. There wasn't much to do within walking distance.
