Pros:

Hotel was nice and it was close to airport and downtown (driving). Not much activity near the hotel, but Old Town is right there and there are a number of Mexican restaurants across the street. Given the location, I didn't thing the parking fee was necessary.

Cons:

Parking fee. There wasn't much to do within walking distance.

Location to what we wanted to do

Cons:

Front desk staff overall not very friendly. Requested early check-in, didn't get it, however saw someone else come in after us and get checked in before 3pm. Mold in bathroom, AC very loud and vibrates walls when on especially in bathroom very loud. Beds and bedding not very comfortable. Fir a "HILTON" property, I was disappointed overpriced for what it offers. Wouldn't stay again.

Room was not clean. Hair in the sink I had to wipe switches down they had sticky stuff on them. Light fixtures were full of dust and the vent system was so loud it kept us up all night

Started out nice and progressively declined to a of extreme disappointment!
Pros:

The convenience and location to nearby restaurants and Old Town San Diego. The reception desk staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. As well as the staff in the hotel bar & restaurant! Digital key entry on our cell phones was a nice touch and very convenient!

Cons:

Hilton lied about my earning points for my stay! Please check if your hotel honors your points for your stay because my 2 night stay earned absolutely nothing!
The day of checkout the maid rushed us out at 11:58 AM when checkout was at noontime/12:00 PM! The maids never cleaned our room the first day even when we left our room in the am, removed our “do not disturb” door sign and asked them to please clean the room! Our trash in the bathroom and bedroom was overflowing and smelled horrible! We asked for our coffee supplies to be replaced. We only received coffee with no creamer, no sugar, no cups, etc! The cleaning staff/maid service were lazy, unfriendly, dismissive, and rude! All that after I initially left a tip for the maid service on the first night before I was mistreated, disregarded, and disrespected!

Good location and clean room

Cons:

No breakfast included, no water for coffee or to drink, and I had to pay 30.00 for parking. I was not happy about that.

Pros:

Blood on sheets whole hotel smelled like sewage. Staff was too busy talking to each other then helping check us in made us wait until the 3pm check in. Disappointed. Won’t be back. This was our go to hotel. Thank you.
