Good location very close to the centre, calm and quiet area. Staff was so kind and helpful. The place was spotless gorgeous overlooking the river.
Parking is quite tight. Came as a couple but received two single beds although mattress was comfy the beds kept moving even if you turned slightly. Hairdryer wasn't too good flimsy and turned off after a while. No coffee machine in the rooms only in the lobby.

No coffee or tea facilities in the room, and if u ask for coffee in the reception, u need to pay. You wouldn't expect it from the hotel like this. I am very dissatisfied with the service and the reception team.
Sehr gute und ruhige Lage, nahe am Rhein, die Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Betten müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Bettumrandung, wahrscheinlich aus Kunstleder, hatte sehr starke Abnutzungserscheinungen.
Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal und eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Rhein!
Die Tiefgaragen sind vielfach extern Dauervermietet und daher knapp bemessen!
Dazu ab Mittelklasse PKW sehr eng!
Ubicación excelente. El personal super amable, nos facilitó todo durante la estancia en Bonn. Unas vistas al Rin geniales. El aparcamiento del hotel tiene el acceso justo delante de la puerta del hotel.
