Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Rhein ist top! Schöne Lobby und Loungemöglichkeiten mit Rheinblick

Cons:

Für ein Vier Sterne Hotel hätten wir ein gepflegteres Zimmer erwartet:

Türschwelle fehlt ganz, Bett war durchgelegen und abgenutzt, Bad nicht so sauber: gesprungene fließen, Schimmel, verschmutzt Fugen, Abdeckung Spritzschutz Waschbeckensteckdose fehlt , Zahnputzbecher dreckig….
Die Wände sind verkratzt, die Klimaanlage laut…

Alles in allem okay aber für vier Sterne stimmt das nicht !

Het verschafte een bed maar geen ervaring
Pros:

We waren niet vooraf gewaarschuwd dat het (enige ) restaurant dicht was vanwege privé feest. (Dat volgens mij ook al vroeg afgelopen was) Wij, gasten van het hotel moesten buiten de deur gaan eten. En dit na een lange autorit.
Als we dit wisten hadden we een ander hotel geboekt.
Ook een gewoon glas wijn was er niet te krijgen in het hotel . Een soort sekt hadden ze in de receptie. Buiten kon je heerlijk zitten maar zonder bediening. Het hotel heeft geen aparte bar .
En waarom klopt housekeeping om half 9 op je kamerdeur? Ik heb niet meer kunnen slapen daarna.

Älteres Hotel mit tollem Rheinblick
Pros:

Zentrale Lage mit Blick auf den Rhein

Cons:

Älteres, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Zimmer recht eng, nachts starker Lärm aus dem Park nebenan, mehrere sehr dicke, große Spinnen im Zimmer > müsste man jedesmal nachschauen, denn es gab dazu hier schon schlechte Bewertungen und das Problem scheint bekannt. Leider wurde ich beim Checkout nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in geschichtsträchtigem Haus

Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Rhein. Sehr schönes großes, modernes Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers war leider defekt.
