Struttura di per se bella e bella la vista

Cons:

Il riscaldamento non funzionava e lo staff non é stato in grado di sistemare il problema. Abbiamo passato due notti al freddo. Acqua e caffè a pagamento pur essendo una suite (proprio pezzenti). Esperienza da dimenticare e soldi buttati nel wc!

Beautiful spot, excellent staff!
Pros:

We visited here as part of our honeymoon in December because of its proximity to Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius. Beautiful location - on a hill and you can see for miles around. The staff were welcoming and the restaurant staff in particular were outstanding. The food at night was excellent and servers were more than willing to help accommodate different preferences. Pleasant temperatures made it easy to go outside - the grounds had beautiful orange and lemon trees. This time of year it was very quiet but I assume it’s busier during the summer months. The hotel isn’t really near any shops so a car would be an ideal part of your trip staying here. Overall, wonderful spot!

A paradise of kindness and beauty at La Medusa hotel
Pros:

Amazing! The best day I have ever had in the last few years! Strategic location, peaceful place, the beauty of citrus grove - an enchanted garden also in winter, attention to details and to guests make you feel like in a dream. Extremely clean, taken care hotel with an extraordinary view of Vesuvio, the Naples gulf and Lattanzi mountains from the top balcony. These is a lovely SPA, a great service and kindness. The first hotel I found a hair diffuser for curly hair in the hairdryer!

Love to come back.
Pros:

Beautiful, small luxury hotel. Very attentive, polite and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Excellent breakfast and dinner at restaurant. Amazing rooftop view at breakfast

Cons:

Nothing- best to have a car.

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Cet hôtel a beaucoup de charme, ainsi que le jardin. Nous avions une chambre avec une vue imprenable sur le Vésuve. Le personnel était aux petits soins, très à l’écoute et très serviable.

Cons:

Il n’y a rien que nous n’avons pas aimé.

very great hotel
Pros:

I enjoyed a wonderful holiday at this hotel with a beautiful garden. You can also enjoy a generous breakfast buffet with a view of Vesuvius and delicious evening meals. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is very friendly.

Romantic and peaceful.
Pros:

The view of the sea and Vesuvius was beautiful. The weather was perfect and the staff very friendly. I fell ona step and they took me to see a doctor. I missed my tour of Pompeii, but the hotel was lovely and quiet.

Beautiful views over the coast and Vesuvius. Would definitely stay here again. Well positioned for Pompeii, Herculaneum, and the Amalfi coast although best to hire a car for easy access to these places.

Pros:

This hotel is beautiful and luxurious, however what made the stay so enjoyable is the quality of the staff. They were all very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Great base for exploring Pompeii, Naples city and also Sorrento/Amalfi but you also have the peace of being outside the busy centre of Naples. 9.5/10.

I would not recommend a stay there
Pros:

The taxi ride to the hotel from the Naples airport can be from $135-$185 one way. Many attractions in Naples are in the vacinity of the airport, so you can pay up to $370/day on just transportation. We had a bad experience at the Restaurant. I ordered pasta and Lobster. My lobster was rubbery and tough to cut with a knife. I requested another lobster, but not over cooked. When my plate returned, the 1st lobster and pasta had simply been cut up, like you would cut up a child's plate. I said to the waiter, I wanted another lobster, not my lobster cut up. He told me that all the lobsters were tough because of how they initially prepared them. He asked if I wanted something else and suggested the pasta and shrimp. When the new order arrived, it was actually the same lobster I had initially ordered,but now it was cut in even smaller pieces. I left without eating anything. The next day, I told the waiter (who is in a management position) at the breakfast buffet, that I am from Texas on the Gulf coast and eat shrimp all the time and a Chef would never cut shrimp up on pasta in little biddy pieces. I told him I knew that I had been served the same plate of food three times last night. I wanted him to know that I knew that, then I said, but you knew i too didn't you? He didn't reply.

Un peu déçus du niveau de prestation dans les details, l'hôtel mérite mieux
Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins, l'hôtel est tres beau, la vue est superbe, le vesuve plein les yeux.

Cons:

Installations vétustes : robinetterie de douche qui fuit, et pas qu'un peu, chasse d'eau qui ne cesse de couler. La chambre est belle mais froide, pas tres glamour, ça manque de charme. Petit déjeuner varié mais sans soin sur la présentation, ex = crudités coupées très grossièrement, plats pas tres appétissants meme si finalement bons.
Attention, les friandises sur la table en chambre sont facturées (6.50 la poignée de fruits secs), le café avec la cafetière nespresso dans la chambre aussi ! Mais ça c'est l'Italie, mieux vaut le savoir.
