Genel anlamda çok iyi.
Pros:

Sessizdi, çalışanlar yardımcıydı, odalarda buzdolap yok tek dezavantajı bu ama, yardımcı oldular kendi genel buzdolaplarında emanetimi sakladılar!

It's a practical and convenient option but service was not there.
Pros:

Location is great - short walk from public transportation.

Cons:

The staff was not eager to help at all. We asked for help about boat rides on the river, and the manager's immediate response was to brush us away, telling me that if it wasn't available online, it meant it was fully booked. I had to insist and ask her to call the boat company for more details, which as I suspected was indeed available and the booking was done. The issue was that in that exchange, the staff just wanted to brush me off and did not even stop to think of a way to help me. Later when we left, we asked about using their passenger loading zone because we had luggage to load into our car. We got the same response: someone left their car in the loading zone and the staff did not try to help with coordination. She just said no it was not possible. In the end, we just used the handicap parking directly across from the hotel to load our luggage. It would have made a big difference if they at least would try and show signs of wanting to help us.

Sehr gut für Kurzaufenthalt geeignet.
Pros:

Frühstück sehr einfach aber ok. Betten komfortabel. 20 Minuten zur Altstadt. Sehr nah gelegen an der Metrostation Gare Perrache (Metro 1). Alles sehr sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
