Nous ne faisions qu'une étape d'un voyage donc c'était parfait.

accueil du personnel malgré notre arrivée tardive

l'espace : la chambre est exigüe par rapport à la surface du lit qui lui est très appréciable

Very nice hotel with excellent and convenient location
Pros:

Excellent location. Very nice breakfast buffet. Lots of nearby restaurants, shops, plaza square across street, tram/train station next door as well.

Cons:

Room was a bit dark even with the available bed and desk lights. Needs a ceiling light.

Pros:

The location was great, view to the park and right outside the train station.
No noise at all and also had a small balcony.
Had luggage storage for our checkout day.

Cons:

The place could be much better if a little attention to detail was added.
Other than that a good experience for what they charge.

La ubicación del alojamiento es fenomenal, sin duda uno de sus puntos más fuertes. En general, la habitación estaba bien y algunos miembros del staff fueron amables y resolutivos.

Cons:

Sin embargo, la experiencia no fue del todo satisfactoria por varios detalles importantes. Las almohadas eran diminutas e incomodísimas. Pedimos una almohada extra porque solo teníamos tres, aunque nos dijeron que en la habitación había cuatro. Al principio nos dijeron que no tenían más, después tuvimos que reclamarla de nuevo, y finalmente nos la subió una persona de recepción con una actitud bastante poco amable.
Además, al no haber limpieza diaria de la habitación, pedimos algo tan básico como que nos repusieran el gel y el champú cuando se acabaron. Nos dijeron que lo harían, pero al volver a la habitación seguía sin estar repuesto.

Die zentrale Lage an einem belebten Platz mit vielen Lokalen. Trotzdem relativ ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer mit Balkon im 6. Stock haben eine tolle Aussicht.

L'emplacement est très agréable en cœur de presqu'ile!
La taille de la chambre est très correcte avec une jolie vue.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable.
Pouvoir laisser ses bagages à l'hôtel en arrivant ou avant de repartir est pratique

Cons:

Le voisinage de la place Carnot est ponctuellement un peu bruyant.
Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de petit frigo dans la chambre, surtout en été
