Got a great deal for the money! Excellent place to stay!

The need was comfy. The breakfast was normal hotel fair. The small kitchenette was nice.

Cons:

One of the lights by the bed was not working and there was no extra roll of toilet paper. Also my room was above the pool and I could hear the screaming kids until pool closing time.

The hotel was fine- with a few flaws. Breakfast delicious. Didn't feel like it's worth the money.
Pros:

Amazing gluten free options for breakfast! Very appreciated. The room layout was comfortable.

Cons:

The road noise from I-49 and 14th is significant and unsettling. My room was clean but not sparkling. There were cosmetic issues that no guest should have to deal with= part of a baseboard was missing and a section of the carpet was in bad condition. Plus the room smelled like body odor when I arrived- I had to use air freshener.

I would recommend Bentonville and your suites to anyone visiting Bentonville. Good location, good v
Pros:

Staff, breakfast and cleanliness all met or exceeded our expectations.

It was a great visit to Bentonville area. We were quite pleased with the time we spent there seeing some sites and resting for our journey home after being in the south / southeast for the last four weeks.

Cons:

The kitchenette was a bit cramped. It wounl be nice to have two chairs for the table / desk.

Pros:

I really can't recommend this place. For over $300 a night for a suite that is in dire need of renovating, and two air conditioners that smelled like cat litter boxes, I can't recommend it. The units kept our room humid, and would not remove the humidity from both our showers when in use. Bathroom exhaust fans exist, but don't really function as intended. Our wedding close smelled like it and even our relative guests even mentioned something to us. That is bad. There are other hotels in the area I would stay away. One star for polite staff. We tried to let them know to clean our room, but nothing was accomplished in our three night stay. We would have left but an event in the area prevented it.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is convenient, easy to locate from I-49 especially where we wanted to be, if you like to be close to Bentonville and way to Eureka Springs, this is the spot, close to dining and shops as Sams Club is down the road, also close to Bentonville downtowns action.
