We styed at this lovely hotel enjoyed every minute definitely would come back at anytime lovely food spoilt for choice great staff saga lady Vanessa was very kind and very helpful throughout our stay put herself out for her guest ❤️ Lee & Henry 😊
I stayed at Coral Beach hotel I October 2025 on Saga All Inclusive Hosted Holiday.
The hotel staff from reception to the waiters and bar staff were kind and helpful.
I had a mountain view room which was spacious and comfortable. The maid service was excellent.
Food was of good quality and very varied. Lunches at the bar pool were one of the highlights of the day !
The Saga hosted Vanessa was amazing. She was warm and friendly and extremely kind and helpful.
This is a lovely hotel. We stayed there for a week in November and luckily the weather was kind, sunny and warm. We didn't make use of the pools or the beach but they both looked beautiful and inviting. If you are on a diet it could be a problem as the variety of dishes in the main restaurant is just huge and difficult to resist, plus there are other restaurants although we just stuck with the main one. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Anastasia who booked some excursions for us. For local travel there is a bus stop directly opposite (they run very frequently) that goes down the coast to the Tombs of the Kings (it stops at a bus station there from where you can catch another bus to the harbour). A small supermarket directly opposite was useful too for the odd bottle of wine). Had a room with a terrace and a sea view and thought it worth the extra money. Would we stay again? Certainly.
Went with SAGA near the end of November for one week. Weather was unexpectaly hot(28C) most of the week. Location is about 45 mins from the airport and Paphos main town.
Due to the end of the season approaching, several restaurant options were not available, which we knew beforehand. Room was fairly nice with a balcony view of the sea but was loacted rights at the end of the building. Sink would not hold water for shaving etc, reported several times through SAGA rep but not fixed by the time we left. Would like to have saved the water!
We were all inclusive which was fine but did not need to eat all day long! Good selection of beer, wine and spirits available but we are not big drinkers. Partner has allergies and after speaking with the head chef, George, she was well looked after at each meal and in particular at dinner. All staff were wonderful and helpful and smiling. Buffett style for all meals with a couple of options available, one of which was the A La Carte next door in the Thalassa hotel. Food and wine here were exceptional.
Disappointed that the indicated tours from SAGA did not run at all, which was the main selling point for us. SAGA rep, Vanessa, arranged for one tour for us to Limassol (Lemesos) through Jet2!
Overall a great resort but probably more lively in season.
Wonderful hotel in an excellent location. Although it could use some updates to regain its former elegance, my stay as a solo traveler was very positive. The staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention to Irina (if I’m not mistaken) at breakfast — her warm and professional approach made my mornings feel truly welcoming. The food was exceptional. With a few renovations, this hotel could easily stand out as a top choice again.
Me and my partner booked to stay at coral beach hotel and resort, the hotel was beautiful and majority of the staff were brilliant. We received particularly incredible service from Lubima, she was incredibly attentive and made us feel extremely welcome within the resort during our stay. We never had an empty drink and she went above and beyond for us always having a conversation with us about our day and great reccomendations. We had a night where she wasn’t working and the difference from the service we received was greatly visible. Having to ask staff for straws after they brought our drinks over and the overall lack of attention from some. We ended up going back to the room early due to the hassle it took us the get peoples attention. The buffet was the best by far we have experienced from any all inclusive hotel we have visited over the years. The a la cartes however, I’d not recommend to anyone with allergies or dietary requirements. They have 3 set menus for each of the restaurants, which the mezze was more attentive than the Asian for slightly changes. We’d recommend just going up the road to the coral bay strip for better options. We came for a 21st birthday celebration to which we went to the spar and all staff were incredible. A very relaxing atmosphere with great care for all. We recommend, if you have booked to stay here, to head to the bar and have a drink as well as a conversation with the lovely Lubima. Which then you’ll have a great evening at the resort with superb service.
My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for her 50th birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We are both seasoned travelers and are pretty choosy when it comes to hotels but I really can’t fault this place. It’s got the perfect balance between traditional Cypriot character and higher standard hotel (i.e not the clinical soul less type of five star where you could be anywhere in the world) . Staff were so helpful and welcoming and genuinely friendly throughout, and they worked really hard to make guests stay enjoyable.
We had a garden studio sea view room it’s so worth upgrading to this! Large room can just walk out patio doors and within 20 yards onto small private beach a little pebbly but fine, sea views from the room was so lovely and to have a swim in the morning first thing before breakfast we loved! Plus we had our own sunbeds to use on your own patio area.
It was hot even in later November, 27 degrees and the sunsets are stunning! Because it was November the hotel I’d say wasnt at full capacity so I don’t know what it would be like in peak summer but for us plenty of room to move around, large grounds tennis courts snooker room, the spa is good a little dated inside jacuzzis and sauna areas but still relaxing, and great indoor pool. There is also a well equipped gym with free weights and machines which we loved, TRX and small yoga studio. We weren’t all inclusive so cocktails and drinks were as pricey as UK but I think that’s the same everywhere now. Food was delicious! Breakfast buffet fantastic big selection not the usual tired buffet fresh good food, and good standard. Children’s play area and water slide. We didn’t use pool but heard it was cold I guess being the time of year, I prefer the sea and beach so it wasn’t an issue. Sea was still lush to swim in! Yes there are areas that are a bit dated but personally I think it adds to the traditional charm of the hotel, and as our room was well equipped and had great bathroom we were very happy. We took buses from outside hotel into Pafos visted archaeological sites and had a wonderful seafood dinner at the end of the harbour area. Paddle boarding and other water sports available at hotel. A fantastic mini break and celebration of my friends birthday and great to get some winter sun sea action, thank you so much would definitely return especially as it was only a 30 ish minute taxi ride to the airport, easy travelling!
This is not a 5 star hotel. The entrance foyer is opulent but the room we stayed in is tired. The all inclusive drinks package was dismal. The offered cheap white/red awful 8% abv at most. Ive never not enjoyed the drinks package in a hotel. The drinks waiters were very slow, look bored and rarely smiled.
We've just spent 9 days in Coral Beach Hotel with my partner and here is an honest review:
First of all, the staff in this hotel is absolutely fantastic, they treat you like family and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and smiling.
They are incredibly helpful and will try to solve any problems. We felt good knowing that we can always go to anyone for help but especially two members by the name Moustafa have been very kind and helpful and always made us happy and smile even after a long day. And then there is a staff member named Mohamed Saqr, he also works in the lobby bar. He is an absolute gem, also making us smile everytime we see him, asking how we are and if we have any problems, he will try and help.
The staff always had time for a chat and good jokes. Honestly cannot praise the staff enough - i hope the manager knows that and sees this. This hotel has the best staff that i have ever met, so so much respect for them.
On the beach bar there is Abdul who i sometimes felt bad for as i saw some tourists being very rude and arrogant, we always smiled at him and had a little chat and left small tips. He had a very big smile
everytime he saw us and always asked how we are doing, such a warm kind human he is, we will miss him.
Honestly, even though you pay for your all inclusive holiday, basic manners do not cost much, these people work long hours in the sun to make sure you get your drinks and you're happy.
One of the biggest reasons we are coming back to this hotel is because of the staff.
Please be kind to them and remember they are people too. Even just a smile and a thank you will go a long way!
The cleaners did a very good job taking care of our room daily, even left nice surprise decorations made from the towels. We also saw multiple times only one cleaner cleaning many rooms, they also work long hours clearly so we always left some tips on the bed, we truly appreciate all the cleaners and the work they did, thank you!
Hotel is very beautiful, i have seen some reviews about the construction and aged rooms but honestly i can not agree, we liked our spacious room very much and the construction did not have any affect on our holiday.
The resort is beautiful and is very well secured so no outsiders will get in.
Beach is amazing, there is sunbeds for everyone, there is more than enough.
You can rent snorkeling equipment for only 5€/5hours and snorkel around the coral reef at the resort. Fresh juices are 2€/juice or you can buy a pass when you get them cheaper.
Food here is okay, it is pretty much the same every day but to be fair, i have travelled a lot and it is like that in almost every hotel i have been in. But if you're not picky eater, there will most likely always be something for everyone to have.
Marina & Senzo Mall also have nice restaurants, especially Friends bar and restaurant in Marina and Chili's in Senzo Mall, i do recommend both 10/10.
Some useful tips for your holiday:
Do not get into a random taxi on the streets, always book through the hotell staff at the reception and remember to give your room number. It's also good to discuss the price before taking off. Taxis ordered by the hotel staff are safe and there was some very nice drivers, especially one who used two different names, Ramadn/Ali. Always smiling and giving good tips for us, as well as fair prices. He can also take you to a "cheaper" pharmacy and cigarette shop, both are good quality and safe tho, i think they are for the locals so that's why the prices are good.
If anyone takes you to a shop that's named Nefertiti where they give you like a numbered badge to wear, avoid. We bought a few snacks and cigarettes and they charged us 106€ (about £93)
If you don't want people trying to come to you about selling stuff at the beach, ask for a red sign from the towel center at the beach, you can tie it to the sunshade at the sunbeds. This signals to sellers that you wish to be left alone.
The drinks include in the all inclusive in my opinion were 10/10, very good cocktails and good beer and wine.
Overall this hotel is 9/10, one point missing as they had a school kids trip to this hotel on the second last day and they took lots of space from the pool and the lobby bar, they were loud and splashed water on everyone around. I do not know why school trips need to happen in a hotel when there are paying customers but each country to their own, we had good time regardless and will be coming back.
We are from Finland, that just wasn't in the options when making this review.
Had two weeks at hotel in November . On entering front of hotel very impressive but walking through foyer to terrace WOW you could be anywhere in the world. Now room a bit dated three door wardrobe should make shelving in right hand robe , was cleaned every day and towels changed. Food plentiful and had the use of 5 special restaurants all good, the bar and terrace very good, sun beds plentiful one concern they should put a white line at start of every set of steps as can be dangerous. Overall very nice hotel and staff and sunsets to die for
This was our 7th visit to this hotel. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a quiet holiday. The staff are absolutely fantastic. So very good at making you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. The food is very varied and the theme nights gives you plenty of options. The rooms are comfortable and housekeeping is excellent. The bar staff deserve a special mention. Always attentive and respectful. A lovely place to be and I hope we will be there for many more holidays.
Stunning beach side resort everything was perfect ….. Staff so attentive with a fabulous inside bar ….
Special shout out to the Girls in the Spa I went for 2 different treatments both Amazing !!!!!
Having been to the coral Beach 8 years ago & enjoyed our stay, this stay was so different. This hotel is not 5*.
Some staff were great and others were slow and lazy. Had to wait so long for drink orders we went up and ordered ourselves. No teaspoons in main restaurants, having to ask for sugar most times. Shocked at how small the glasses were and how small the drinks were.
This one really annoyed us AIR CONDITIONING TURNED OFF HALF WAY THROUGH OUR FIRST WEEK! November or not we are not local and therefore needed that. Turn it off at end of season ! So today was woken by drilling and banging at 7.30am and continued banging , drilling , smashing etc as the decide with only two weeks till season closure that they would start clearing stuff away and doing maintenance! Hardly any entertainment either! Food was good. Damn disappointed. Won't be visiting again.
Saga all inclusive 2 week holiday.
Excellent in all regards. Our rep Vanessa professional, caring and fun.
Hotel staff (esp Nepalese) great, our room was always made up to a very high standard.
Buffet food exceptional. Pool large but cold .
Spa good Victoria lovely.
As far as I’m aware a 5* rating for a hotel is down to the amenities, such as swimming pools, saunas, gym and other facilities. It does not mean it is rated 5* by guests. In addition those who have issue with the location clearly have not done a bit of research, as I’ve never known a hotel to move during a stay, apart from a minor earthquake.
The Coral Beach is nice, with a large outside pool, a smaller indoor pool and by the sea if you prefer. Entertainment is fairly low key, but perfectly fine and public areas nice. Staff were very good and attentive.
Rooms are large with often a huge comfy bed and lovely views, but the one I stayed in was a little tired, with dirty marks around the bathroom door.
Drinks with the all inclusive were also good and you have to accept that they may not be named recognised brands, but this is generally the case with all inclusive. Food was generally good, lunchtime the best, although there are definite issues with keeping items hot rather than lukewarm, particularly during evenings.
The hotel makes little attempt to enforce rules. For example, evening meal requires a dress code. Nothing too fancy and whilst there are tiny signs by the restaurant some chose to ignore, while most make an effort. Therefore slobsville sometimes operates, with shorts ripped jeans and bikini tops allowed. Why not put a big note in the welcome pack reminding people. I don’t really care myself, but others do and if you have rules enforce them !
Also there were occasions where children were running around in the restaurant, with elderly persons present and parents who couldn’t care less, making no attempt at control. I did also wonder why there were children of school age there out of school time. Again examples of parents who couldn’t care less. A good idea if the hotel had a rule of no children over school age out of term time.
All in all this is a nice hotel, with a few minor issues and as a guest rating 4+ stars.
So disappointed not to be able to give a 5 star review and it’s only down to smoking or should I say designated smoking areas. Yes they do have them but apparently not enforced you can smoke anywhere outdoors which is not great when you don’t want to be near smokers or taking in passive smoke advice I was given was well you can move if you don’t want to be near a smoker, not exactly supportive and are you supposed to move every time a smoker sits near you. Ok rant over but hoping this can be resolved just by supporting designated smoking areas and no smoking allowed elsewhere.
Apart from that service excellent, great quality food and lots of variety. Plenty of fresh fish and vegetarian options. Rooms cleaned to a high standard.
Bus stop and taxi rank right outside the door. Supermarket opposite main entrance great for any forgotten incidentals not ventured further afield yet as making the most of the winter sunshine.
The room was awful 😢 It was cleanish but needed updating. The toilet was stained all round the rim. The mirror was tarnished at the bottom. The makeup mirror was discoloured and very old. The bath mat was so discoloured it needed replacing. The wood was rotting. There was graffiti at the back of the wardrobe. The plug sockets were hanging off the wall and I must say the sockets were limited. There was a water damage stain on the ceiling. The pool area was okay but the sunbeds where wooden and most where broken and the cushions where threadbare and dirty. The towels for the sunbed where to small and they would only give you one.! The drinks were just okay. We paid extra for all inclusive plus but it didn’t make any difference. We got nothing extra. The staff were nice. The food was really good and had a lot of choice but it was a little too cool for my liking. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. For the money it was NOT a 5* accommodation at all. It was so old and needs to be refurbished. It’s in a lovely place and the views were beautiful but the rooms and pool area ruined it. There was limited night time entertainment. There was a bar across the street and a supermarket but not much else. Restaurants and other bars where about a 15-20 minute walk.
My friend and I stayed in this wonderful hotel for a week in November, couldn’t fault it, great location, loads of great facilities, delicious food in all of the restaurants with plenty of choices. Staff were lovely friendly people, helpful and polite. Our Saga host Vanessa was lovely, always ready to help and she organised and hosted dinners and trips for us. Lots to do in and around the hotel. Will be returning next year hopefully.
Hotel exceeded our expectations. AI and food and speciality restaurants excellent. All staff were amazing friendly and so efficient mention for Lubima. A large Hotel with something for everyone, setting lovely we were surprised at how good everything was. Went with Saga and host Vanessa was a credit to them. Always available, helpful and a jolly good host thank you
We had a fantastic holiday at the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort, on a Saga all-inclusive package. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were super welcoming and helpful. Shout out to Anastasia, the guest relations representative, who helped to organise some great excursions! Vanessa Haynes from Saga was also fantastic! She was effectively our hostess for the week, helping us out where we needed it, giving info and advice, arranging great activities, and was lots of fun and made us laugh a lot! The food was exceptional and included many options. We were also impressed by the pool area, spa, gym and grounds, including the private beach. Thank you everyone at Coral Beach Hotel & Resort.
