Perfect place to stay in Docklands.
Pros:

Perfect location for a visit to London!
Pros:

The location was excellent for a visit to London with our family. Easy travelling via the DLR and Elizabeth Line. In 10 - 15 minutes you can visit all highlights in London. The staff is very friendly and involved. We had an issue with the room (by a bit of vandalism from previous guests) and they handled it very professionally and promptly. They made good suggestions about our visit to London.

Cons:

We were a bit disappointed about the restaurant in the hotel. It took very long for the staff in the restaurant to get the drinks and we were informed that they had no real menu for children. Based on this we looked at other options and we had wonderfull evenings at Bonnane Pizza across the street.

Good stay at a nice location - Value for money
Pros:

I liked the facilities like the swimming pool, a decent gym, jacuzzi, sauna and a steam. Location is quite good as well. Not centrally located but you are just a tube away from the centre of London. Very kind and helpful staffs at their reception and at the restaurant.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better to be honest. That's the only thing that I did not like about this stay. You 'tried' serving English breakfast.

Recommend, good value for money
Pros:

Great location, very close to the cable car over the Thames. Large and cosy rooms, nice facilities and easy check in, hotel staff was very friendly

Cons:

The 2 lifts can get crowded in the morning or during checkout, but not a big issue

Amazing with the marathon been on first time down at this time of year

Clean, everything you need

Cons:

Wanting to charge me £50 extra to get in my room a few mins earlier , so I just waited at the desk until time , however as I am IHG member I felt it was slightly bad management as the room was ready, I think it was more the way they said it, it was very expensive weekend with the marathon being on and everything over prices to trying and hit you with extra £50 and take a deposit £50
I booked though booking.com as my IHG prices was so much more on this occasions which I found also very strange
