The staff was very nice and helpful.

It was lovely and smelt very nice when walking in, swimming pool was good for my son. The cleaners every morning was very welcoming always said hello & checked we had everything. Waiters at morning breakfast were living always lovely to speak with, manager was lovely along with front staff, one staff was a little unhelpful but I will put it down as a little off day for her.
They gave us a room with had an inter connecting door. Even though it’s locked from my side! I could hear every conversation they had. Felt a little uncomfortable specially when having my son in the room too.
Friendly staffs, me and my best friend came for my birthday and honestly we felt like we were in another country, the view was everything!! Everything was just so posh and clean. Although we wished the swimming area was a bit bigger but we had so much fun, breakfast was so niceee. I’m coming back here with my friends and family cannot wait for my next visit!
Nothing!
No safe entrance. There was renovation to the ground floor so no real entry into the hotel.
Had to stick finger in the door to open. Painful if you have arthritis or even more impossible to open if someone was in a wheelchair.

Fire alarm went off at 0655 no staff member in sight the one we saw on floor 3 walked past us no communication , no public announcement.
Fire assembly point signposting stopped after the car park. Left hotel guests standing around not knowing where to go next.
Staff came out at 0733. We all had to walk to her and get information as she did not make her presence known to all hotel guests.
Breakfast was lovely
Gaya was so nice and kind. Had a great smile !!

The breakfast location and spa.
While checking in some drunk guest approached me telling me he is a gangster and protecting the receptionist. I told him to go away so i can conduct business but the receptionist pretended she couldn't see him until I explained I would not be showing any paperwork while this man is standing here. Only then was a manager called to escort this man away about 20 yards away but there was no security nor anything done to secure the situation. Massive health and safety violation. They also require a deposit which I wasn't told about nor have I received back yet.
Then in the room the aircon and television services where faulty. A technician came three times to reprogramme the TV. Until finally moving me and my half asleep pregnant spouse to another room after just before midnight. Once in the new room they again check the TV, it had the same problem. After troubleshooting attempts with her own device failed she asked me what do I want her to do. At this point its nearing 1 am and my spouse over tired so told them we will leave it for now as we are going sleep. We were then woken up just after 7am by knocking and ringing. It is the technicians wanting to fix the tv I explained they had woken us up and told them I would call down on our way to breakfast. Which I did, but after which no one came to fix the TV.
We were given late checkout but then where getting lots of knocks from the cleaners after 12 who didn't seem to be aware of our late checkout.
Also the aircon on the first floor lounge area wasnt working so we were burning up, some man I can only assume was the manager as he didnt introduce himself had the cheek to come out of his way to ask us why we weren't wearing more clothes. We were waiting to get into the spa.
I have attended this hotel numerous times but the this is the worst overall service received from them or anywhere else in a long time. Ah yes we also found empty condom rappers in the draw in the first room..

It was in a lovely location. Fattima (sorry if I have spelt your name wrong) was lovely, she was very helpful and welcoming. The pool was a bonus and the energy was vibrant.
We put a notice out on our door to get our room serviced we got back around 2pm and it was done, leaving us with no clean towels, however they fixed that very quickly. The breakfast was lovely but definitely not worth £20 each.
Close to the cable cars, making getting to the O2 very easy. The view from our room was amazing and the added free drinks etc was a lovely gesture, we had a great night's sleep and a very comfortable stay

Location was perfect due to travelling to O2 arena. All staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice for everyone’s needs.
