Wonderful stay
Pros:

We thought the hotel was so clean, the staff so lovely, room was excellent and breakfast. Just sad we didnt have time to use the spa facilities.
Will love to come back.

Pros:

A very welcoming hotel close to the Excel and the chairlifts to take you over to the 02. The staff are very friendly.
The room and facilities were good. We had a lovely view over the Dock. In the room, there are tea and coffee making facilities along with mint chocolates and a packet of biscuits and 2 cans of water. The bed was comfy .
In the bathroom, they supply body and hair wash and also conditioner along with body cream .
At breakfast in the morning there was a good selection of hot and cold food to choose from, the sausages were excellent. We didn't get to use the spa , swimming pool, or gym as we were only staying over for 1 night, but what we did see it looked very good.

Cons:

To be fair, there wasn't much to dislike about this hotel. Although the rooms and bathroom are starting to look a little tired. Our TV in our room didn't have a power cable so we were unable to watch the news in the morning,so we read the news on our phones instead. It wasn't an issue for us but could be for someone else.
The fire alarm went off at 1am ,making us panic a little, and scramble to get out. After a few minutes, it was turned off. I'm not sure why it happened, but it did disturb our nights sleep.
