Cons:

Our experience at the hotel restaurant was very disappointing. The service was almost non-existent. We had to actively seek out staff ourselves just to receive a food menu, and it took quite some time to find someone available to take our order. Even after placing our order, our food and drinks arrived very late, despite us having to follow up and ask about them.
As we were celebrating our anniversary, we expected a more welcoming and attentive experience, but unfortunately we felt overlooked throughout our visit. We left feeling that this was not the right place to celebrate such a special occasion.
We also felt unwelcome upon arrival at reception, as it took a long time for staff to acknowledge and greet us. Overall, the level of customer service fell well below our expectations.

Pros:

When we arrived we were met by a young girl called Ty. Ty was lovely, and exactly the type of person you want greeting your guests on their arrival. She is such a credit to your business. The restaurant staff were many, and each and every one of them were so attentive and friendly. Our room was absolutely spotless, and our view was amazing. Definitely coming back to stay.

Cons:

Nothing all was just the way we like it.
