Decent hotel. Older but was nice back in the day. Great room. Gym was missing equipment, not clean, and obviously not well cared for. If a good gym is important to you, I’d choose another hotel. Breakfast was awesome, though a touch expensive. lots of options and very tasty. Restaurant was great and staff were very courteous. Would stay again if I just needed a place to sleep

I called reception for an electric kettle for hot water, and waited for 2 hours. I called reception twice to ask for it and they told me that they will bring it in a moment and it never showed. This place has terrible service .

Stayed here a few times, i find it more convenient and rooms better than marriott and pullman which are more than dpuble tbe price. Staff are excellent and superior suites are great. Good prices and a bar/shop round corner too.
They advertise pool , not great but a different space...was working so didnt bother me.

This is a great option for those who need to stay near the Guarulhos airport. Quick checkin, very nice large room. Breakfast is divine; other meals are expensive but very nice. Inexpensive transport back to the airport - it's free from the airport to the hotel.
