It was a pleasant stay the staff, utilities, and delicious breakfast made it comfortable.
Pros:

It was close to work and easy to drive into town. It was very convenient for travel.

Cons:

It is a packed hotel, it can get loud with cars and people going.

NOT a family-friendly property—pay more and stay somewhere else if you're traveling with kids.
Pros:

The room was reasonably clean and the location is convenient for exploring Santa Rosa. The pool was fine when we used it. Did not have breakfast.

Cons:

Guests smoking THROUGHOUT the property—in the parking lot, on balconies, and in rooms (fire alarm went off our first night, fire department never came to give the all-clear). The overall environment felt unsafe for families: loud profane arguments with violent threats audible through the walls, visibly intoxicated guests, and an atmosphere that made us uncomfortable having young children there.

Location and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Person in the room next door was yelling for hours all morning with the room door open without any staff trying to quit him down or intervene. The person seemed like he would confrontational with any passer by's. Went on from early morning to the time I checked out. Made it feel unsafe.

Excellent deal for clean, boutique hotel meets trendy motel-style accomodations.
Pros:

The hotel is an upscale version of a motel, with hotel accomodations. The decor of the rooms is really new, very nice and everything seemed quite clean. If you stay in the 260s you'll end up with a beautiful view of the pool and recreational area, as well as the hills and trees in the distance. The pool area was well-maintained and the pool was heated. The breakfast was nice as well. Parking was free but I believe they're about to start charging $5/night. It was an easy drive around Somona County, very close to Sebastopol, and the Charles M Schulz & Sonoma Children's Museum were 5 min away. Surrounded by a lot of food options, chains and local spots.

Cons:

They offer housekeeping services every 3 days unless requested otherwise and it's hard to dispose of trash if you're going by their schedule. Most of the staff was friendly and knowledgable with a couple of exceptions. If we hadn't stayed in the building and floor we did, the view would have been very parking-lot oriented.

The rooms are very well designed and the pool area is lovely

Cons:

They kept $5 of CB our deposit for an unknown reason. Perhaps because we used the in room coffee. Seems petty if that is the case. Seems rude that they didn’t state why. Just called them to ask why and they said it is a new parking fee they are charging. That certainly leaves a bad taste in my mouth and will not be recommending this establishment. I can’t believe a motel is charging for parking!

Pros:

The room was nice and looks updated. Bathroom was nice as well. The rooms aren't huge but were just what we needed. Parking was $5. They had a small complimentary breakfast in the pool room. Feels like a revamped motel.

It was a decent trip.. will I go back? Probably not

The cute style is what drew me to it

Cons:

Well.. the staff wasn’t very friendly. And the hot tub needed some serious work. They need to fix the flooring and seats in it. Very uncomfortable to sit in. And the health dome has potential but very dirty and smells strange. Honestly it just wasn’t well kept..
