Lights and shadows but overall good stay
Pros:

Very very pleasant location, only a few minutes walk from the city centre and near many bus stops, both local and airport transfers. Continental breakfast is excellent, many options for sweet and/or savoury food. The bathroom was very clean even if on the small side. The shower worked great, a huge plus imo - I've been to many facilities where the showers were abysmal and here I had no issue with either water pressure, heat or duration.

Cons:

Irish Breakfast is normally served by staff but on Saturday morning it's served only down in the vaults despite plenty of young staff milling about doing nothing much around the continental breakfast. So instead they tell you you can take it upstairs if you want but you have to go down to order it and either wait for it or come back in 10min. I was having breakfast with a friend who was eating continental, so I ordered and went back up. My plate took a grand total of 24min to get to me, so even if I went down again after 8-9min as I'd been told to do I still waited another 15min before the girl staffing the bar went to enquire where our breakfasts were (3 other guests were waiting with me). Then I had to walk back upstairs and when I finally started to eat it was already lukewarm. Spoiler, our plates had been ready and waiting to be handed to us so the food cooled down. We had no time to express a complaint or ask for a remake as we had to check out and leave so I made myself a sandwich and that was it. Definitely a no-go.

No socket near the bed is a bit of a hassle. The only available sockets were behind the tv furniture (not great location for obvious reasons) or in the middle of the room on a wall without a shelf you could place your phone on. The bathroom mirror socket lit up but didn't charge or power any utilities. I assume that was why the hairdryer was hidden in a drawer underneath the tv. Took me two days before I found it by mistake, luckily I had my own.

È stato fondamentale per noi avere a disposizione 2 ristoranti con orari anche complementari. Molto molto gradita anche l'acqua da bere in camera rinnovata tutti i giorni.

Läget var perfekt. vi åt både lunch och kvällsmat där och den var jättebra.Trevligt med uppträdande på kvällen som också var bra. Vi firade en 60 åring som blev uppvaktad med både sång i receptionen och gratulationer på rummet- mycket uppskattat.
