Good for transfers
Pros:

Helpful staff. Good location for airport transfers. Rooms were small but comfy. The beds are fine for a transfer night.

Cons:

Check-in took ages (20 minutes) because the staff member was too busy with a customer phone call. Would've been better to have two staff members for check-in.

Sehr gute Lage zum Flughafen. Frühstück musste ausfallen. Der Flieger ging sehr früh.

Reception staff not helpful
Pros:

The room was fine

Cons:

It took an hour to sort out our room as initially we were given a room where the door didn’t work, the keypad was broken and it was a known issue. When we came back to tell the staff we were asked to go to back of the line while they checked in other customers. 20 minutes later they assigned us another room but wrote down the wrong code. We had to go back to reception and ask a staff member to come up with us. We didn’t get into our room until midnight in the end. Not happy with this service

Für eine Nacht vor einem frühen Flug ideal. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Personal sehr nett.
