Leider war ich mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Für den Preis, den wir für fünf Tage bezahlt haben, hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.
Das einzig wirklich Positive war für mich die Nähe zum Strand. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr einfach ausgestattet – nicht einmal ein Föhn war im Badezimmer vorhanden. Besonders unangenehm war jedoch der starke und störende Geruch aus dem Badezimmer bzw. der Toilette. Zwar kam jemand, um das Problem zu überprüfen, aber leider wurde es aus meiner Sicht nicht wirklich behoben.
Ich habe versucht, die Situation zu erklären und hätte mir gewünscht, dass man mehr auf das Wohlbefinden und die Wünsche der Gäste eingeht und uns beispielsweise einen Zimmerwechsel anbietet. Leider wurde darauf nicht entsprechend reagiert.
Auch das Frühstück hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Für diesen Preis hätte ich zumindest ein gutes, frisches und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück erwartet. Die Auswahl und Qualität waren leider sehr enttäuschend.
Insgesamt stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Abgesehen von der guten Lage in Strandnähe war der Aufenthalt für mich leider enttäuschend.
Proximité de la mer, attention des chambres sont plus récentes que d’autres avec Booking, on nous avait placé dans une chambre vétuste et ancienne avec l’accord du personnel. Nous avons eu la possibilité de la changer et d’en avoir une plus moderne conforme aux photos. Les chambres modernes commencent à partir du numéro 27 pour info.
Booking devrait faire attention car les photos ne sont pas en adéquation avec certaines chambres mais avec le professionnalisme et la patience du personnel. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d’une chambre en adéquation avec les photos qui était sur Booking. Avec Booking c’est pas la première fois que cela m’arrive c’est un peu décevant, on paye le prix fort, et quand on arrive la chambre ne ressemble pas à la photo mis sur le site
Amazing location with a clean, beautiful beach steps away.
Dirty rooms, ant infestation, worn down amenities, bad breakfast, smelly lobby, bad food. This hotel is past it’s prime. The rooms were shabby and out dated. There was a plastic bag holding up a curtain rod in our room. The hallway carpet was musty and smelly. The hotel pool had no lifeguard and there was a dead mouse floating in it. This is a 1-star hotel in a 5-star location.
Hotel junto al mar, muy agradable para disfrutar de la tranquilidad. Las vistas son ideales para disfrutar de las puesta de sol desde la playa, desde su bar o durante la cena.
Aunque ya lo van haciendo, necesita mantenimiento en las zonas comunes. A pesar de ello volvería al hotel sin ninguna duda.

The location is wonderful and the attached pool is a gorgeous and unique place.
We were disappointed that we did not get the room we booked and did not get the bed we booked. The pool was also closed for a couple of days as it needed cleaning which was a shame. Once open we had a lovely time but we were put out that we did not get a fortress room and instead were put on the other side of the hotel with two single beds instead of the double we requested. Booking. com you need to do better to communicate our requirements and our booking info. Breakfast could also be improved- some fresh fruit would be good.

Habia leído bastantes comentarios y no sabía lo que me iba a encontrar. Al llegar tuvimos un problema con la habitación y nos ofrecieron otra que fue perfecta. Vistas increíbles del mar, surfistas y montaña, insonorización respecto a los ruidos en los pasillos..solo se oía el mar, día y noche y fue maravilloso. El desayuno completo, eché de menos algún kiwi o plátano, pero fue correcto y completo. Se habla mucho del señor que te abre la cadena para meter el coche si eres cliente del hotel.., que si es borde, antipático..., pero si no es por él y el control que tiene de la entrada de coches ya digo yo que no aparcas ni de broma, ya que se cuelan coches de gente que va a la playa y no deberían ya que es zona del hotel.
Leí tema cristales sucios, bueno, teniendo en cuenta que estamos a 5/6 metros del mar, es normal, pero los limpian exteriormente todos los días. La playa y los chiringuitos cercanos son ideales y sobre todo para ver la puesta del sol.
No hubo problema tampoco en que nos guardarán las maletas después de salir de la habitación porque queríamos visitar Sintra.
La piscina la estaban pintando y apañando y era muy bonita y con buenas vistas.
En resumen, muy contentos con este alojamiento.
La zona brunch del hotel no nos quedó claro en ningún momento si se podía comer o no, porque cuando preguntabas siempre decían que no. Pero bueno, eso y la señora que nos lo decía sin lo que menos nos importa.

Trevlig personal i receptionen, i baren och hotellföreståndaren.
Wifi signalen urusel. Platt tv visst (ingen smart tv), men det var Myrornas krig på bilden.
Vi meddelade hotellet detta med tvn då vi som gäster gärna varvar ner på kvällen med att slappa och kolla på ngt. Enligt personalen var det bara vårat rum som tvbilden inte fungerade på, men de var aldrig på tal om byte av rum eller kompensation. Trots jag frågade om vi kunde få byta rum när vi upptäckte detta.
Åt på resturangen samma dag som vi kom dit, det var sista gången vi åt där. Vi tänkte vi kunde köpa läsk och snacks på hotellet för att få i oss ngt. Fanns endast glass att köpa i ätväg. Lite problematiskt när hotellet ligger en bra bit ifrån närmaste handel.
Luktade surt/vattenskada på toaletteni rummet.
Ej komplett hotellrum för att uppnå 4 stjärnigt.
Poolområdet var under renovering, kunde bada men var restriktivt. Ingen info om detta vid bokning.
