could not fault the location it was fantastic
Pros:

we needed to change rooms, dirty broken bath and shower curtain, no curtains at the window.
The staff changed us to a much more favourable room

Cons:

absolutely fantastic location but the hotel would benefit from cosmetic upgrades

De calentada la mejor estancia que he tenido en Cascáis.
Pros:

El sitio es espectacular si lo que estás buscando es desconectar al 100%. Al lado de la playa y con unas vistas inmejorables, desde luego que repetiremos sin duda alguna. La habitación es amplia habíamos pedido cama doble y había una individual también con terraza y vistas a la duna y las que son vistas a la playa son preciosas. El baño tiene todo lo que se necesita y lo único un secador si se ha echado en falta pero por lo demás genial. 10/10!

Here's Johnny!
Pros:

The location by a surfers beach at Praia do Gruincho looking out over dunes & the Atlantic was a treat.

We had a large room & large comfy bed.

Cons:

Ist impressions!
On arrival we were greeted by a surly character aka a hotel Car Park Attendant growling something that we didn't understand that required us to check in before being granted access.

Having been built in the 60's & being still there it looked in need of considerable TLC in all areas, especially the windows, designed no doubt to offer sea views but alas were so dirty both inside & outside that we thought there was a constant sea mist!

The bar area in particular had a retro charm as did all other areas.

Bedrooms were basic but adequate. Furniture was minimal with just a hanging rail with a few hangers. Net curtains were torn & in places had come away from fixings. Wallpaper was proped up in corner by a chair! There were no frills other than a TV, air con and a few bathroom basics & old soiled & torn towels.

We had a Dune View room with balcony which also needed TLC. It was pretty grotty.

Whilst this may have once been a magnet for celebrities (Photo's everywhere) The hotel is still there, but the celebrities have long gone!

Local de paisagem paradisíaca! ✨️
Pros:

Gostei de tudo, principalmente a localização! A Vista é simplesmente deslumbrante. O quarto era bem grande e espaçoso, o chuveiro maravilhoso e a vista do café da manhã incrível!
A piscina é maravilhosa e o atendimento dos funcionários também foi formidável. O horário de check-out ao meio dia também é ótimo! 🤗

Cons:

Só senti falta de um micro-ondas no quarto pois ajuda bastante quando viajamos com crianças mas a geladeira e a Cafeteira já nos ajudaram bastante. Seria mais um plus muito bem vindo se tivesse.

Pros:

Localização perfeita! Vista incrível!

Cons:

Hotel muito velho, precisando de reformas. Cheira a mofo em vários ambientes, a área da piscina está abandonada. Dá dó ver um hotel com tanto potencial, abandonado nos cuidados como este. Eu não voltaria ame hospedar nele.
